I have never written a review, but I this place is bad. Delivery was extremely late. It took an hour and half for food to arrive. Not because of the driver but because the person who took my order neglected to tell him I was at the Holiday Inn even after I specified this information and gave them my room number. The food was cold. The steak burrito I ordered was basically onions and rice. I had to dig for the steak. Then, I ordered an order of guacamole and it didnt come. They claim they added to the burrito but there was no avocado in the burrito. The Burrito was disgusting. I wasnt expecting much but Taco Bell is a million times better. When I call to ask them to take the guacamole off my bill they stated they didnt charge me for any guacamole but they did. The customer service was horrible. I came in as an uber driver to pick up an order and while verifying my order the worker yelled at me and accused me of trying to a meal.
