A few weeks back I went into the Union location to get a replacement coil for my vape. They didn't have one so I asked the guy at the counter for a recommendation on an affordable replacement pen. He recommended the sky solo by Vaporesso. Fast forward to yesterday and I dropped my pen and needed replacement glass. I go back to the store and ask for replacement coil and glass plus a new juice. The same guy that originally recommended the vaporesso goes to the back, makes my juice, hands me a new coil and starts to cash me out. I told him I needed glass too, that I'd busted mine. He looks at my pen and says oh we don't carry those. I reminded him I had just bought the vape there a couple weeks back and he responds with something along the lines of he has been back there a couple months and they haven't sold those there. At this point I'm frustrated. I remind him he's the one that sold me this one (maybe 3 weeks ago, if even). He suddenly remembers and goes on to say something about it being an "obsolete" pen. I'm just dumbfounded. So, you have this product you're just trying to push out the door, you offer a recommendation for it and I, trusting that you're being straightforward, buy it. But now I can't come to your shop to get replacement glass for it because it's obsolete and I'm honestly just offended and confused. This is why union businesses are not successful. I guess I'm traveling to Spartanburg for my vape needs from here on out. Since our local shop likes to sell obsolete products they don't carry...
   Read moreFirst, I really don't like having to tell this story because it still upsets me. Basically, they talked me into buying a product that was used or defective even though I wanted the same thing in a different color but he lied and said it had more wattage which it absolutely doesn't. The package was never sealed and the first time I go to change the coil it would not work so I take it back and he spent 30 minutes forcing a piece that doesn't not go with my set to work and I told him no because I bought it a week ago. So while my six year old is beside me waiting, he refuses to refund, exchange, or return my old piece saying that I must have dropped it which I'm positive I did no such thing so, I couldnt take it to someone else without my piece and he also kept being nasty and had an attitude the entire time. He kept my brand new coils and piece and all I wanted was what I paid nearly 100 bucks for and maybe a little customer service but if I can't contact the owner then I will be contacting every site and paper I can to get something if only for my piece of mind because I left shaking and please make the drive and shop anywhere but here. Oh and never mind the fact that when they first opened they poisoned my fiancé, Justin, and I with too much nicotine which was extremely dangerous so I wish I would have listened to Justin and never ever returned there.
