I hate to make assumptions about another manās character, but it is odd that after my interaction with Miles, the store manager, that both my spouse and I were both misled to believe the same falsehood about a current promotion prompting us to order phones we didnāt need and under false pretenses. All probability points to that we were basically lied to. After Miles was called when I arrived to pick up the phones we werenāt actually getting a discount on, he told the service representative that he did give us all the details and I was confused. False. We would have never signed up for these phones if actually given the honest details of the promotion. I then went on to try and rectify the situation with Keenan. Keenan was very polite and I figured the awful and unprofessional situation was salvaged as much as possible. That evening I found out the information Keenan gave me was also incorrect, my spouse was never added to my account as I was told and the phone insurance that I did not want was never removed from my account. This literally resulted in me having to wake up in the middle of the night to rectify the issue with Verizon Customer Service so that my spouse actually had a working phone, and I wasnāt being charged for services I had repeatedly asked to be removed. Iād sooner light myself on fire than ever return to this store and will suredly inform my friends and colleagues of my heinous experience at TCC Verizon in Havertown PA. Disgusted. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I walked into the Verizon store this past week, I was a little upset because I was hoping to see the woman that helped me the past two times that I was in there. Instead, I saw a young man working, so i approached him and began explaining the issue I was having with my daughters watch and I informed him I wanted to set up my sons phone. I immediately liked the young man, Mikaii. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, funny, and a pleasure to have helping me. We were at the verizon store for a while because he was trying to help me figure out the problem I was having on my daughters apple watch. Unfortunately we never fixed the problem due to it being an icloud/apple issue, however I still left the store with a smile because of the service that I received. Mikaii set up my sons cell phone and sat with me for over an hour troubleshooting my daughters watch. He was patient and calm the entire time he sat with me and was able to multitask by helping all of the other customers that came in at the same time. Mikaii was working by himself. Within seconds of walking in the door and explaining my situation, this employee (I wish I would've asked for his name) told me that he didn't care what I had to say or what anyone has told me. Proceeded to say how he knows that that was rude but didn't care at all because it was 'just the truth'. After his incredibly rude speech about my situation not mattering, I began walking out and he yelled 'they'll tell you this at every other Verizon store!!!' I decided to drive to the Ardmore Verizon immediately after and I don't think words could accurately describe how much of a polar opposite experience I had there. Instantly greeted and taken care of within seconds of opening the door. They fixed the problem in 5 minutes and I went on merry way without being charged an additional fee that the other man had promised me.
That interaction was the worst thing ever, and I will literally never step foot in that building again or ever give them my money. What a scam. This place should...
