This place is great. I had to replace the igniter for my gas oven and went to Lowe's. Was told that they don't carry the product in store. So Googled appliance parts near me, found this place around the corner and brought my defective piece to them.

The very nice person at the front not only had an appropriate replacement but also gave me several pieces of advice regarding safety, installation and the need to be really careful not to break the brittle igniter. I went home to do the installation and broke the brittle igniter.

When I went back, he knew right away what had happened and treated me kindly without a note of condescension or I told you. This respect for people they must know are trying to DIY without any expertise makes them special in my eyes! But in the words of my neighbor "That's Havertown for you."

All Brand is fantastic! 5-Star! My dryer was making a loud noise, took it apart and one of the rollers needed to be replaced. Went to Home Depot and of course they did not have the part and the service there was lousy. Googled All Brand and spoke with Sean. He was friendly and had the part I asked for. When I brought the part home, it did not fit. Called Sean and he helped me troubleshoot the problem and recommended a different part (which was also less money). He made it easy to make the exchange and the new part fit like a glove! As a bonus - I got a good movie recommendation from Sean. In the future, I will be going to All Brand before Home Depot and will recommend them to anyone...
