I ordered 2 items the following day I get a email saying 1 item was out of stock. Ok a week and a half later I get a email saying my order is ready. MONDAY I get a call saying my sneakers are there however, one sneaker has marks on it. They would give a discount or give me back my money. (I'm not able to come until the following monday due to work)Thursday I get another email saying thanks for picking up your order! First off shout out to Jálese Delgado and her manager (I think Siena but i know i spelled both names wrong im so sorry) I had called for about two days in regard to an online order that was all over the place and the patience from them was unbelievable. Ordered a pair of cleats that was unavailable in store. Waited several weeks with no confirmation or update. I called the store to ask for an order update. Kieran, Delilah, and Cheyenne were working. I am not sure who I spoke with but she was very ignorant when I was asking for the update.
