Had a storage shed here for 2-3 years. Best storage experience yet and we’ve had a few over the past 25 years! My main concern and the main problem with other places was mice. I didn’t find evidence of any mice here. There are black boxes all along the perimeter I think to keep the mice away. It must work. My stuff did not have a single bite taken out. A huge relief!! There also wasn’t any bugs. The owner is very nice, works with you when necessary. He keep the place spotless. There is a coded security gate which is nice. It’s on a quiet backroad but still in town. The units are clean and seem very new. This is the next best thing to indoor units. Really no difference, honestly. Payments can be made on the website, which is convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I need one in the future I will gladly go back. I ordered the unit online and provided all the info need but when I arrived at the actual facility I was asked to provide completely different info. to get checked in to my unit. I gave my motorcycle policy info. to person who reserved my unit but when I arrived at physical unit was told I needed my homeowner policy which I would have provided in advance to person reserving over the phone. So, it took way longer to check into Unit than I was led to believe. The Facility Manager was friendly and very patient, however. In the future, I would suggest training those who reserve Units over the phone as to what is needed (specifically in the area of Insurance) while making the Reservation. We've used this facility for a little over a year, and prices have risen twice within that time. Emailing the facility is hit or miss as far as a response. Our unit is in mediocre condition with the ceiling coming down, shedding white dust all over our belongings, and taking several months to fix it or for them to directly acknowledge the problem. We picked this place because they had good reviews and were cheaper than other surrounding storage areas, but with the multiple price increases and lack of timely service, we've seriously considered looking elsewhere to move...
