I am not a big time reviewer, but when I receive great service or have an enjoyable experience, I do what I can to recognize the individual or establishment that has provided me that experience. We’ve been coming to Publication Brew Works since it opened. We love the variety of beer and the fact there is always something new and interesting on tap. It gives us a reason to go back and try different types of beers we may be in the mood for the next visit. Another reason we go back is the food menu. Being able to order food fresh off the menu is very convenient without the hassle of dealing with food trucks outside. My personal favorite is the Michigan Dog. A loaded hotdog on a fresh pretzel bun. My wife is a fan of the Pepperoni Pizza Pocket. We always have great service. The young lady who tends the bar and services the tables is very polite and is constantly moving. She keeps the place clean, not to mention the restroom is spotless. We came to find out this is a family owned business and it did not surprise us as you can tell by their attention to detail. The head Brewer is probably in his mid 20’s but, ahead of his time mastering the craft of brewing. Our son recommended this place to us and I’m glad he did. We always stop by when we’re in the area. Thank you to the folks at Publication Brew Works for a providing great beer, food and a unique...
Read morePublication Brew Works was not what I expected! As soon as we walked down the steps into the brewery proper, we were surprised to see a spacious area that was bright and seated lovely wooden tables filled with families of all ages playing Yahtzee or Monopoly. The vibe was very relaxed and down-to-earth. The collection of brews featured on the board was well-varied. They had a great variety of pretzels, dips and hotdogs/brats as well. I ate the delectable Seattle dog with candied Jalapeño peppers and the Oreo-flavored “Obituary” Imperial ale which was one of the best Imperials I’ve had to date. My husband and father-in-law really loved their selections as well. The food came out right away and paired perfectly with the brews. FYI, Game day menu items are cheaper and there is a large projector that they have to watch games. I would recommend Publication Brew Work to anyone. Unfortunately I live in Philly, so I am unable to...
