Probably one of the very best car buying experiences I've had.
Dreaming of a special car? Chances are Automobili, and David Mizrachi can make it happen.
I pretty much stumbled across David/Automobili by accident. I was browsing Porsche Cayenne's, and David's dealership popped up with three interesting possibilities in stock. In particular - a 2011 Cayenne Turbo caught my eye. Prices on this year Turbo hover around $50-55,000 used, depending on miles and condition. David had one in a stunning color combo for the low end of the price range. I called, the car was in stock, so I took a drive (about 100 miles) to see it.
The Cayenne was as close to flawless as I've ever seen on a used vehicle. It also had good "car-karma" - it felt like it was telling me "it would be a great car, and take me home."
I had two cars I was interested in trading in. One an earlier Cayenne and the other the somewhat collectable BMW M-Coupe. David gave me numbers on the two cars for trade-in that were much higher then any authorized Porsche dealer did. He made it possible to make the "deal".
When I went to pick it up, the Cayenne was fully serviced, spotless and with a full tank of gas. David worked with me throughout the process, and helped me obtain an extended warranty on it at a reasonable price.
Want to fulfill your dream? Go see David. You won't regret it. I've never seen as nice a collection of super cars (he has two rows of Porsche 911's) in as great a condition as he has. The dealership is not imposing looking - the office isn't glitzy, the location is behind other buildings, but the warehouse of cars is stunning, and the cars are all spotless.
Good people. Made it a pleasure to buy the Turbo, and I'm enjoying the car. David was good before the sale, during the sale, and after the sale with any questions I've had.
UPDATE as of 12/2022 - Still have the CTT and still enjoying it. 6 years might be close to a record for me keeping a car. I've toyed with the idea of a newer Cayenne, but can't see that it would gain me anything I actually need. My recommendation stands - David was great before and after the sale.
I read the two 1 star reviews - and there are always a few people who can't be satisfied. One chap came to David after returning 2 vehicles to 2 other dealers - David would have been well advised to let him continue down the road to another dealer. The other chap had complaints he never told David about (which obviously makes it difficult to resolve the complaints) and then purchased 2 other cars from David (so I guess he wasn't that disappointed.)
The thing that stands out on the rest of the reviews are almost all are 5 full stars. Not a few, not most - almost all. That shows a dealership that values their customers and provides quality vehicles.
David - if I decide to move up to a newer Cayenne - you'll be the first person...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was one of the most worst experience ever! Usually people dread having to deal with dealers and these guys are exactly why. I was looking at a car off their website and when I called to ask questions about it, I spoke with David. Everything was perfectly fine until I gave him a deposit on the car. We negotiated the car to be detailed and buffed along with fixing the rim before the car was shipped off. These repairs we negotiated on before any payment was made never happened! As soon as they got the money they didn't do anything they said they would. I asked repeatedly to get what we negotiated done before the car was sent, but David kept making up excuses on why it wasn't getting done. He was extremely rude about the whole situation and if I knew I was dealing with someone like that I would not of bought it from them in the first place. After that it took them forever to send me the car creating more excuses, but what I did not get was why they couldn't of done all the other work if they were not going to send me the car immediately. They had it in their possession long enough to keep their word and do what we negotiated on. When the car finally did arrive the odometer read 200 more miles than what was posted on the car purchase agreement. This was a TERRIBLE Experience. I had to pay $350 dollars out of my own pocket to get it detailed and another $300 to fix the rims! I would of called back but David was so RUDE and he had already been extremely rude with me more the one occasion it was not even worth dealing with him again. TO SUM UP: 1. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 2. THEY ONLY CARE TILL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY 3. THIER WORD MEANS NOTHING TO THEM 4. EXTREAMLY RUDE 5. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND DO NOT WISH...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had one of the best car buying experiences with Motorcars of the Main Line, specifically with Jonathan who handled the majority of things regarding the purchase of an Aston Martin. David also was a pleasure to work with alongside with Jonathan, and both were VERY responsive, provided very detailed information upon request, were transparent about everything throughout the experience with literally no surprises along the way. More importantly, they made sure they delivered a vehicle that had everything properly looked over and made to feel as if it was new. Their 3rd party company also handled all the registration and plate aspects smoothly. It's been a little over a month since purchasing the car and it has performed flawlessly.
There are other small details that make them stand out such as the detailed photos they provide (literally never saw more detailed and clear photos of a vehicle for sale which is crucial when buying used), detailed records of the car offered for sale which was beyond what I anticipated, an impressive collection of cars they offer, the personal knowledge and experience they bring to help put you at ease, and so much more.
Jonathan and David and their entire team are what every car dealership should strive for in terms of the customer experience!
I absolutely hope to be able to work with them...
