College Station — Local services in Upper Moreland Township

Actual building and apartments are nice but management and company are complete trash. It’s unfortunate that this is really the only place that students can live that is close to the Penn State Abington Campus. Starting with the apartment itself. The building is maintained nicely and it looks alright. The walls are paper thin in the apartment and all the furniture is cheap. If you have any type of pigment on your sheets or anything on the wall it will get on the wall and the paint chips off when scuffed. When moving in make sure to document everything! Even through out the year make sure to put in maintenance requests even for small stuff because they will charge you in the end. I was charged for a garbage disposal jam that I had put in a request for and they said that they had fixed so make sure because they will take advantage of you. I also got charged for carpet shampooing even though I had shampooed the carpets and had told them upon move in that my carpets were stained. I also got charged a smoke odor fee even though no one ever smoked in the apartment and when I left was smelling like bleach and other cleaning supplies. Lastly, the management. This company pretends like they care about there tenants but they truly do not. They will try to take advantage in ANY way that they can. If you have a roommate issue they will be the LEAST helpful people in trying solve the situation. I had issues with my roommates and instead of trying to help I had to call and email repeatedly for THREE weeks to get some kind of answer. If it gets serious it might just be better to get Law enforcement involved since the management doesn’t seem to take these issues seriously. When it comes to major repairs there is no urgency. One of my friends had a leak and it took about two weeks for them to get it fixed and they were just expected to live with it until they got around to it. The apartments are pretty spacious but as a resident of college station I have a question to why nothing is being done about safety measures doing a pandemic? There are now several cases of covid in the building because people have been having parties when I was assured in the past by college station management that they would deal with or have dealt with the parties. But yet they still happen almost everyday. Even now with the multiple cases in the building I see almost no one wearing masks. I also saw someone who had said they got covid walking around outside. I visit home once and a while and I worry about the wellbeing of my family so I can no longer go home because no precautions are being taken seriously at college station. They say they care about residents safetly but yet nothing is being enforced for safetly. As someone who tries their best to stay safe this has also become my problem because people are not willing to stop partying or take basic precautions and college station is doing nothing about it. For now I am safe but if this continues who knows. So I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't want covid and are worried about your...

College Station is the best in the area for any college student - super close to campus and other places such as the mall, train station, and restaurants.

I love that they added a new clubhouse for the residents to enjoy. The cafe is a great place to study and complete assignments with a large variety of coffee, tea, and flavored water. Residents can play games such as pool, board games, and shuffleboard with their friends. The gym and yoga rooms are amazing with such great equipment from ellipticals, treadmills, weights, etc. I am so excited to be able to utilize the pool area outside when the weather is warmer!

The property managers, Derek and Mattie, are so friendly and willing to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have without hesitation. The maintenance techs, Matt and Josh, are also incredible with assuring that you are satisfied with any repairs that need to be made within your apartment.
