Walked in to the salon at 6pm and asked if I could do my nails done. The front girl was very nice and she even prepared with the newly cleaned set of nail clippers and those stuff. Finally technician came and she started working on my nails with the used nail clippers not the one the front girl left on the station. Asked her to use that but she might not listen to me and she kept using old ones. I was worried so I had to tell her again. And when she finally used the new clippers. However she picked up the nail file from the drawer which was covered with white nail residuals. I was not pleasant but I decided not to complain it. After that she asked me to put my hand filed inside the water bowl alternately. She started remove my cuticles without not using cuticle oil which can prepare the cuticles to be removed. But I thought it’s their practice and the technician might be capable of doing it that way. While she was doing it, I started to get scared because it looked she couldn’t see my nails clearly but make a hurry because it was almost their closing time? I don’t know. When everything is done, when I tried to pay, they said I had to pay tips cash only. I did not bring it so asked her to include tips and swipe my credit card. But she told me to get cash from the ATM. I refused that because I didn’t want to pay fees for ATM and from my own bank as well. She said tips never to be paid in cash. Told them i would be back later with cash. She said it’s ok. I think the front girl was very nice so i thought to come back to pay some tips. But today, the skin under my nail bed split and bled shown as picture. I think she covered the cut with manicure, and when it wiped away, the...

In my opinion this is the ONLY place you should go to get your nails done. The service they provide is not only amazing quality but the whole vibe in there is great. The employees are the nicest group of people I have ever met and they actually care about your experience. I had a difficult time with other salons, they were either rude, rushed, and simply didn’t care about the customer. I’m so glad I found THIS place. Only “fake nail” girls will understand this... they never hurt me with the buffer! I normally HATE that tool but the techs at top nail are so gentle I have never felt that “burn” or have been “nicked” causing slight blood to show. They are so gentle from beginning to end I really can’t speak highly enough about the whole experience of going there. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Anyway, I am a 29 year old woman, real reviewer who will never go anywhere else. The techs vivi and her husband are AMAZING. They don’t rush but I’m not sitting there for hours. They listen to what I want and execute perfectly. If there is a negative review it’s far and few in between. There’s only so much they can do with “knub nails” and people asking them for a full design in a half inch surface. This place is the best around. Period. Trust me....

After looking at reviews for this salon I was expecting a 5 star experience but unfortunately that was not the case. The staff greeted me kindly but when it was time to pick a nail color for my gel manicure, things went south. I was taking pictures of colors to send to my boyfriend to get his opinion and the one employee, who was watching me through the plants, thought I was done. He came over and told me to "stop wasting time" and I was rushed to pick a random color. This color ended up being $5 extra, which when I found out I said I wanted to pick a different (regular priced) color, but the employee would not let me without trying to convince me to pay more money for 5 minutes. The manicure was rushed ( I was in and out in 20 minutes including gel removal! ). My cuticles look like they haven't been touched in months. The nail painting itself was below average - the manicurist only painted 3/4 of my nails making it look like I haven't gotten my nails done in weeks ( I got my manicure 6 days ago) and my polish is already starting to chip and peel.

I have never written a review for anything before and unfortunately I felt the need to share my experience. I am extremely disappointed in this service and salon and will definitely not...

My nail salon was booked so I decided to try a new place. They had good reviews on google so it looked promising... well I was very wrong. For one I made an appointment for 12pm and they didn't take me or my friend back till 12:30pm. They started working on my friends nails and didn't start on me till closer to 1pm. On top of that they had two people doing my nails and one of them was doing both mine and my friends. I asked for just a gel manicure with a simple design, I wanted a rainbow line on my nails for pride month! Well they said my fingernails were too small so I suggested we do a dotted line instead which they agreed on. Then they said they couldn't do all the colors I wanted because again, my nails were too small. I said okay whatever. Then as they are almost done the design the lady decides to tell me "oh you need an extra color for your thumb". Instead of telling me this before she started or just making the dots smaller on my other fingers to incorporate all the colors on ALL MY NAILS now I have an extra color on just my thumbs. I hate it. On top of that it cost me $50!!!! For a gel mani and simple dots! I'm so unhappy and I wish I just would've waited for my nail place to have an appointment. Don't recommend.
