This was my go to UPS because of its location and great customer service... until today. I had a light electronic device to send to an amazon customer and I had a used amazon package I wanted to ship my item in. It should have occurred to me to grab some tape, because the used package was already without the sticky lip, but I assumed they would lend me a small (maybe 2cm) piece of tape to seal the package. Right off the bat the clerk working used an accusatory tone to ask what I was shipping. I ignored it, told her the state and the address when she "let me know" I would need a new package to ship in. I already had one in my hand, but all right... I guess that's business. They rather me purchase a package from them.
Then I point to my package, all ready to ship, and need of a small piece of tape. She says, "$1 for tape. " Again, all is fine except for the derogatory attitude and tone, which could have been a little nicer since I'm a loyal customer. I always ship from this location, again, for its convenient location and great customer service. I understand that tape comes out of their own pockets, but she could have taken a better approach. As I start to walk out the door, she yells out, "Ok, one time, courtesy, no charge for tape. No, no thank you. I don't wish to waste any more of your time or office supplies. I have never been treated this way and I won't tolerate it today. I rather drive out of my way to experience a better customer service somewhere else. Which I did, I drove 10 miles out of my way to an open USPS and gave my business to them. No hassle, no attitude, and no icky feeling...
Read moreWhat a joke. I called this morning and spoke to the girl with the black hair and she said that to ship an item it was going to cost me $23, I gave her dimensions, weight, location to ship to. I saod perfect. It's a large shipment that couldn't fit in my car so I paid someone to bring it to the store. I was then told that it would be another $100 to box it up which she didn't mention. I thought $23 was cheap, but I asked for everything and she said yes. So I buy one of the 3 boxes it would take to pack the item and went to go get another big box that I had that I could use. I spend about 40 minutes in the store wrapping the item and when I go to get it shipped they say it's too big. Are you out of your mind dumb? You couldn't have told me this before I bought the first box, did all the driving around, and time and effort, to build a custom box for the item. They tell me I have to drive 20 minutes away tomorrow and then pay over $300 when I was told $23 and then $120. Scam scam scam....
Read moreThe older man who I think runs the place is very nice and when he’s around the service is super friendly and fast. Since my last review the staff have improved. The people who work there are nice. Returning Amazon packages here is a breeze and to get receipt is very quick and convenient (because Amazon messes up sometimes). Notary service good when the man is there, Never saw notary do that before. Mostly always a Very pleasant place to take care of package sending, returns, and to get notary service. They do everything with mailing, packing, copying etc. Very convenient location, lots of close by parking for a quick transaction and other stores nearby to do errands in...
