previous owners ran so much better last two experiences have been bad both times i ordered 5 sandwiches and only got 4 in the bag. 2 previous times i was put on hold and hung up on both times after waiting 5 min for someone to pick up. bagels are great. service not good at all.
thanks for your response but not sure ordering online would be any different if you forget sandwiches in the bag. sure i should check the order but when you throw pickles and chips on top then it makes it a little difficult to check until i get home. i am in the service industry and the customer is always right is something we all hate to hear but in this case forgetting products ordered and paid for multiple times and when calling and being told to hold and then hearing someone pick up the phone and just hang up instead of checking the phone is only because you are really busy. Your sandwiches are great because your bagels are great. me calling you to tell you once again someone in my family won’t eat a sandwich this morning because i’m not driving 15 min back there wasn’t worth it. being busy in the service industry today is a very lucky thing. you only have to compete with ben and irvs and their bagels are not good. i am pretty sure my review won’t hurt your business in anyway. Just want you to know that rushing and not getting orders correct will eventually catch up to you and your business. Good luck and i mean it during...

There aren’t many spots in the area where you can grab a quick, tasty vegan breakfast without the hassle of a long wait or needing to sit down—but 2nd Street Bagels delivers every time! Whether you’re ordering ahead by phone, placing an order in-store, using DoorDash, or going through their website, it’s always convenient and easy.
My go-to? The vegan bacon, egg, and cheese bagel—loaded up with tomato, onion, and a hash brown. I basically turn it into the ultimate breakfast sandwich, and it never disappoints. The bagels are always fresh and delicious, and the food is cooked perfectly every time.
The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the great experience. Beyond their amazing bagels and breakfast sandwiches, they offer a wide variety of menu options—both vegan and non-vegan—making it a super inclusive spot for everyone. And the best part? The prices are incredibly fair for the quality you get.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out. It’s a go-to favorite...
Read moreEver just need something and you try something new but when you do your mind is blown? This happened to me this morning. I was in need for breakfast and I was in the neighborhood and I saw 2nd Street Bagels. I said what the hell and decided to try them out. Whelp what a surprisingly good decision. I ordered a toasted onion bagel with bacon egg and cheese. The bagel was soft and coasted in onion with a great flavor. The egg was fresh and not over cooked. The bacon was smokey had the slightest crunch but not over cooked. This was amazing. They had a huge selection of fresh bagels and home made blended cream cheese. Plus something I’ve never seen portioned chocolate milk. (I’m intrigued) I don’t know if it’s a local thing or just cheaper to do it this way. Before I leave I want to try it and I’ll ask them about it but for now I would say check them out. It looks small but they have a lot going on. The place is clean and the one person working kept sanitation in mind while performing all her tasks. (A+) check them out I know...
