I enjoyed the three different workers I have meet there, I love there energy but felt sorry for one of them because I've been there three days out the week at 1:00 in the morning an see her an at least twice she had her guy sitting up there because ppl threatened her, not a nice place at night for a woman, an the pay I heard is lousy an that's my own words not from the workers, if it was my wife I would be right there as well, some guy sold what I'm pretty sure was drugs on the side of my car an I have seen that more than once, drunk loud women mad they lost there money in the games.. then tried to take it out on the employee, people outside yelling an my nice new friend demanding her to open the door while she takes a smoke break.. what a mess, if your going to go spend your time at Dotty's make sure your ready for a show the workers are truly nice ppl, the area is not and the verbal abuse from the customers is not...

I put my money in a machine and it got stuck so the worker called someone and they said it would be the next day before they come out so he told me to come the next day. When I arrived they told me I had to wait until the audit and to come.back on Tuesday so I come back after 5pm and still no one has my money. What if I wasn't from here how would they have handled it? By taking my money. It's kinda fishy no one knows how to give me my money. Service sucks when asked to speak to a manager. They were called and manager told hostess to call 1888 number and leave a message. Messages have been left and no one returns your calls they are liars and cheats and will ban you for collecting your rewards on your app if you collect every time.
