Had a terrible experience here. Went with my mom, sister, and daughter. Had an appointment scheduled. They were over booked and employees were rushing.

Took over 2.5 hours to get a basic pedicure and dip manicure. Quality of the pedicure and dip nails was very disappointing.

Water in two of the pedicure chairs were cold, they did not offer to warm it up. They did not offer their services book until 2 of us were half way through our pedicures. When we tried to say what wanted on our toes they did not listen. Employees were unable to do a flower design.

Didn't receive the services we scheduled for. My daughter was supposed to receive a manicure and pedicure. She did not get her pedicure during those 2.5 hours.

I called to see if they were busy. I was told to come in. I arrived in 10 minutes and there was only one customer with 3 employees. 2 ladies with appointments came in just as the polish was being soaked off of my nails. I was put in another chair to wait for 20 minutes or so which would not have been such a big deal if they hadn't told me to come in. The lady who did my dip manicure cut all of my cuticles with the drill. 3 have visible blood on them and trimmed the cuticles so quickly that she poked my fingers several times with the cuticle clippers. I have gone here a few times and it was okay but the last time was just awful- $60 layer and this is what I ended up with. They said I could come in to get it fixed for free and I agreed to let them make it right. Once I wanted to come in I reached out via Facebook asking if I could come in the response I got was “thanks” okay?! Then the next day I go in like I asked to the previous day and they tell me they don’t have time. BAD BUSINESS!!! I’ll rather drive out to Waukee and get my nails done. I will not be back.
