Subway — Restaurant in Urbandale

I headed to subway after my long shift at work that night. I pulled up at 9:25pm on a Friday night. As I pull up I see a worker see me then proceeded to walk to the open sign and turn it off witch to me is a sign that this buisness is now closed which is weird bacuse I have been takin care of befor after this time so I walk up the sign that has the hours posted and this location said close was 10:00pm. So now it's just clear at this point they wanted us to think they were no longer serving anyone for the night. I stepped inside and asked when they closed and they were very rude and snappy with their reply. From there I no longer wanted to give my money to this astablishment if this is how I am going to be treated when I still have a good 35 minutes to be taken care of. The sad thing is I am a restaurant server and always tip who makes my sandwiches there is not reason to just act like that when you are at work you are at work if you don't want to be there that I don't need to feel like me coming in is Inconvenience to them getting their stuff done. I am a server I understand it sucks when people come in close to close but the custermer service quality shouldn't change because that's when you loose money. There were at least 4 or 5 girls working that night and it seemed as if they were more concerned with what was going on with their plans after work and less about their jobs they get...

We had a bizarre experience here today. I ordered on the Subway app for pick-up around 3:00PM. I received a confirmation email and went to go pick up the order.

I got to the store and the door was locked but the Open sign was on and I could see someone inside, so I called the store. A girl answered and I explained I had a pick-up order but couldn’t get it. She told me she’s not sure how an online order went too right because they had been “closed for awhile” and she didn’t know what to do about it. She wasn’t able to process a refund and asked if I would like her to speak with her manager about it. I said yes…and then she just hung up. She never asked for my information so I’m not sure how her manager will be able to help now? I don’t know why they were closed, I wasn’t given an explanation nor was anything posted on the door/online. Per Google, they’re still open right now. Probably won’t be going to this location anymore and really hope the manager sees this, so I can...

Went in for lunch around 12:10 on 10/8/18 at the 4640 86th Street, Urbandale, IA location. The same workers who normally work those hours were there, and the Hispanic guy (never had a problem with him before) took my usual order, footlong Subway Club. He put the required 4 slices of turkey and 2 slices of ham on there, but when putting on roast beef he attempted to put 3 slices only on, not the required 4. I don't know if it's his thing where he tries to screw the customers, but I immediately called him out and he silently and sullenly added the 4th slice of roast beef.
