Dong Jewelry & Watch Repair — Local services in Vacaville

I needed a place that could resize my wife's rings before Valentine's Day in house since most places contract out and send jewelry off site to be worked on. Dong's Jewelry Repair promised to do that on their website so I called them and they confirmed it. They said I didn't need an appointment so I went there immediately expecting a few day turnaround before the work was done. Dong actually offered to have them (3 rings) done that evening, but I told him that I didn't need them that fast so he could take his time. Price was $40 per ring (sterling silver) which seems reasonable and the work was very well done. When I arrived to pick them up In also saw that they replace watch batteries and Dong offered to have that completed in 20 minutes. I am very impressed by the services provided and the convenience with which the business was done. I will definitely return for repairs...

Found this Jeweler on google maps and saw the reviews went to get an estimate on how much they can fix my two chains and bracelet. They were very Respectful and gave me a great price. 95$ dollars to fix and was done within four days. They even cleaned my jewelry for free. So happy with this jeweler! Will not go to anybody else Absolutely LOVE This place so happy I went. I don't really trust jewelers with my jewelry because of a different experience I've had. Honest, fast and reasonably priced!

Two years earlier we sent our expensive Fendi watch to another shop that told us it needed a battery and major expensive work done. I said no because it was too costly but kept the sentimental watch.

Yesterday when I walked into Dong's repair shop with this same Fendi and another watch that wasn't working, I was out the door $32 dollars and 20 minutes later.

Turns out the Fendi only needed a minor cleaning and the battery was fine. The other watch needed a battery.

These are the most honest people I have ever met in this industry. Most of us don't know anything about watches and are at the mercy of those that do.
