Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Vacaville

I rarely write reviews and especially hate to write poor reviews but this time, I feel like I need to. I am the only one in my family who loves Round Table enough to pay their prices for a pizza because they're a little expensive but they're usually so so good! This experience may have changed my mind though. This afternoon, I placed an order online & received a confirmation e mail with a delivery time of 322pm. By 355pm, my order had still not arrived & No call saying they'd be late or were lost etc. Being that they were already more than 30 min late, I called the store, not to complain, but to ask if they had received my order or if something had possibly gone wrong. After all, things happen sometimes. After having to call 3 times because of poor connection (on their end, the cashier said.) the delivery person showed up. Once I said he was at the door, the cashier promptly hung up the phone - no apology for my order being so late or anything. The delivery person didn't acknowledge anything or give reason either. I signed my receipt as he repeated my order to me and then he left. As soon as I closed my door and checked my pizza, I noticed the boxes were all smashed down, pizza was cold & Slid to one side of the box (like it had been dropped or something), and all my sauces, that he specifically said were there, were missing. Annoying since I only really like the twists with ranch. Partially my fault for not checking before he left, I guess. But, the REALLY frustrating and disgusting part is that I found several - 4 to be exact- short grey or blond hairs on my pizza. I work in customer service too and I know sometimes, everyone has off days, but everything combined was too much. Looks like I won't be ordering from this location anytime soon. So...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! This location is a 0/10.

I called and placed a delivery order. When placing my order I asked for a personal size pan crust pizza. The representative who was taking my order informed me that they do not provide personal size pizzas, however they can provide me with a small pizza instead. I ordered the small and once my order arrived I had a personal size pizza thin crust ( mind you I originally asked for a pan crust and a personal size but was told they don’t do personal sizes). When I called to inform them my order was incorrect and they provided me with a personal size thin crust after being told they don’t provide personal sizes, the representative who answered the told me, she was the one who took my order and my order was not incorrect. She told me that they DID provide personal size pizza’s and they don’t provide pan-crust for small pizzas. I then asked why she provided me with the incorrect information, and she told me she didn’t. When I asked to speak to a manager, she then informed me she was the manager. I tried to get more of an understanding with her, however the “manager” began yelling on the phone and then told me, “ Your order is not incorrect. You got exactly what you asked for.” And once I told her to watch her tone with me and she was unprofessional she then reiterated the same statement before hanging up in my face.

I've ordered from this location multiple times and haven't had many issues but what I just dealt with is enough for me to never order from this location again. I called over the phone to place an order, the employee told me 20-25 minutes, when my husband showed up to pick up the pizza, there was no order to be found. I made sure I called the correct location and when I called back to see what happened and what could be done I got this RUDE woman who I've spoken to multiple times and she always has a bad attitude. I explained the situation to her and rather than "sorry to hear that" or anything insinuating she cared, she instead gave me an attitude and basically said we don't have an order. I listed out my whole order to her and then she proceeded to ask me do you wanna reorder...what can I get you? I asked at that point if I could talk to the manager and she said she was the manager.
