Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Vacaville

It was raining, no line, so we pulled up the window. The guy did not greet me which was fine. I told him my drinks and he repeated them back wrong so I told him the correct way. After I did that he seem irritated. When the tip screen pulled up he just showed the screen I nodded my head. Telling him yes the 3.50 tip which is my preferred was fine. He did not acknowledge that or say thank you. He then proceeded to turn his back to the window the entire time our drinks were being made on his phone. He finally handed our drinks. Had the rudest customer service interaction ever. When we pulled up to the drive thru, multiple employees were standing around and chatting for a couple of minutes before one of them acknowledged our presence and walked over to take our order. The employee with the dyed purple hair had an overall rude attitude and pretended to not hear one our passengers’ orders, and just stood there for a couple minutes staring at us until she told us she couldn’t hear us. I can’t say enough good things about my favorite Dutch Bros location on Alamo! They are truly the highlight of my day! I stop by every single night before my long night shift, and they never fail to set me up for success. All the Dutch Bros crews at this location are amazing, but there is something really special about the night crew!!
