I used to love this store. However, the other morning I was there at 5am buying doughnuts for my girls before they have to be off to school and I hours there is a difference in price between a doughnut and a pastry. The lady came up to where we were and made sure to inform us of this, opened the box and removed the pastry with her bare hands. It wasn't posted so how should we know when they're all together. I asked her if since she is going to have to throw them away since not only us but now she has grabbed them if we can keep them and pay the difference. Having worked food service I said out loud that it's against the health code to put them back which she ignored and did just that. Next, I played half cash and then swiped my card, the machine said all the sudden I haven't paid anything and owe the full amount. Without giving my cash back of course. The lady stood there a good five minutes watching another employee before trying to "help" by saying I can't make payments with separate tenders which is wrong. Long story short, she called new a drug addict and such out loud because I said since I paid for half I'm taking half the stuff I got and walking out. She called security acting like I was stealing but by this time the girls need to be up and getting ready. Overall I hit banned from the store because she wouldn't admit to calling me a drug addict even though the other employee confined it but because I called her a bi**h after what she said, I was apparently in the wrong and not only asked to leave but threatened that the cops would be called if I come back. I live literally around the corner, I'm there every day. Basically this place has no idea what customer service is and has no place ...
Read moreI have been doing ecart at this store since the start of COVID. It is the most wonderful service. Better yet, the people handling all of the ecart orders are above and beyond exceptional. They do their best to ensure that I have the most satisfying experience EVERY time.
I was concerned this morning because I wanted to special order my dad a birthday cake for tomorrow. I had a very specialized order that I needed to get in, but didn’t want to go inside the store. I was corresponding with the ecart representative, Nesh.
Nesh told me that she would personally go to the bakery to see if they could take care of my order. She was able to order my very specialized cake, and the bakery would have it finished the same day!
When my order was brought out to my car, she had included a “happy birthday”mylar balloon. That was so extra and appreciated. (It is honestly no surprise coming from this Raley’s staff).
