I shopped today with my friend and her Daughter., And had a blast. I know your not to play but we didn't and.iher daughter had a good time. I've shopped at this Food Lion since the week it opened as Food "Town" and for many years I could honestly say I looked forward to going (or at least I didn't dread it, the way I do now). The cleanliness of the store is probably better than most. The shelves are neat and well-stocked. The young,female cashier's, however, are a different story. Male cashier's are as friendly and helpful as ever, as are the more mature females. But younger cashier's almost never speak unless it's "Do you want this in a bag?". And "thank you"? Forget it! Foodlion in Valdese is the best one of all in my shoppin area. They have spys and mee to tell them they need to be more competitive. More choices of the foods people love. Lots of healty choices an great prices on organics. I would like them to pay attention to why we need to wat non- GMO, especially wit cooking oils.
