​To whom it may concern, ​I am writing to express my concern regarding the behavior of the person who announces the tournament rounds on Saturdays. My family and I enjoy spending time at the shop, but we have found this individual's conduct to be consistently unprofessional and aggressive. ​Their manner of speaking is not only off-putting but also creates a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere for players and their families. This has happened on multiple occasions, and it has become increasingly annoying. We come to the shop to enjoy a friendly and fun environment, and the tournament announcer's unprofessionalism detracts from that experience. ​I believe it is important for the staff to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with everyone, especially since tournaments are a significant part of the community's experience. I went for the Duskmorn Prerelease. The play area is basically a wide hallway so it can get a little jammy when pairings are posted and it gets a bit warm but it's just about enough space for the crowd.

The staff I interacted with were chill and responsive. The product selection was pretty well rounded. I'm mainly concerned with MTG but they seem to have good coverage of all the big TCGs, as well as Warhammer, a bit of table top, and collectible nonsense (pop culture backpacks/clothes and figurines).

They also sell Prerelease kits just on the front shelves when they have them so if you're looking for those for some reason they got 'em.

I only wish they were located closer to my house, but it bears driving to Jacksonville or...

The Raven's Loft has been a huge part of my gaming life! I needed a place to enjoy and learn different game systems and this place is always friendly and inviting. There is always great games happening and lots of great products. The people who game here are a great group and open to showing anyone who walks in the door how to play. The snacks are great as well. They have a Thursday night League for Disney Lorcana where I am always getting cool free prizes just for playing.
