We went to look for quince dresses for my cousin. Firstly, you’re not allowed to take pictures or videos. I know this is standard in some places but you can’t even take out your phone or they’ll ask you to leave. Secondly, we were told that she could try 3 dresses on (which once again, pretty standard) and she did pick 3. We had been talking about what we were looking for with the woman to get recommendations as someone would during the consultation.

My cousin tried on one dress and she loved it. However, when she wanted to try on the other dresses she picked, the woman said she wasn’t allowed to try more on. She said that because of what she heard from us earlier, she’s not permitted to let the fitting continue and that instead my cousin could look at catalogs. I asked if it was still possible for her to try on the dresses that she already had chosen and liked but the woman kept saying she couldn’t. She did not suggest any other dresses that may be similar to the dress my cousin liked so that she can continue to the fitting. We left the fitting room and waited to look at the catalogs and see what other colors/sizes the dress was in. We go out to another part of the store and wait for a while. She comes back after we’ve been waiting, tells us the sizes, and sends us off. We didn’t get to look at catalogs. Honestly, this whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I went on January 10th to have them fix my earnings one was good and the other was silver .the gold one just needed to be fix the hook and the other just to put back the stone. I left them.because the lady told me the the person in charge of fixing it wasn't there, so I went the following week and they were close I went back again the following week and my earing were ready and guess how much they were charging $70.00 just to fix the hook and the other just to put back the stone I felt that was ripped off . The manager or owner told me that they add gold to both earnings which that was a BIG lie because silver won't stick on gold or vice versa. So I told her I was not paying for that and she ok I will leave it the way it was come back. I went back and they game the earnings but they stole gold form the one is gol . There strait scammers. I was a chavelan for a friend’s 15th. The whole time we were there it was that we were going to “buy” the suits for 150. For all the three times we were there they were reassuring us that’s it’s bought. On the day we had to pay it was a rental for 150 a day. A DAY. If it was dirty, extra charge, if it was ruffed up, extra charge, if you return it a day late, 50 dollars… PER DAY. Don’t go with them there’s better places to go. I’m Fairfield there Cheeper and more trust worthy places. This isn’t the first time ether. My sister had done her dress here and they upcharged her dress by 200$ last minute. My cousin had her dress for her wedding dress done here and they gave her the wrong one and then had the audacity to charge her for the return and switch of the dress.
