I called to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix the screen of a 55 inch flat screen.. the guy says , “it would cost more to fix than it would to just buy a new tv.” So again , I asked what he would charge to just fix it. He then replied with the same answer in different words. He would not give me a price.. I tried 1 more time to ask what he would charge me. He then asked what brand the tv was and proceeded to tell me that they cannot get the screen for this particular brand but IF he could “it would be cheaper to just buy a new tv.” I finally just said to him that it didn’t seem like he wanted to do the job and after a few more words and again asking what it would cost, he finally said “over $800” ! I was shocked. I have never been to this place, but from this 3 minute phone call..... I...

I write this as a serious warning to others.

I previously had Mohammad look at my desktop as I suffered a power surge on 9/14/24. I paid him and he fixed my desktop right up. I received it back after I paid him and I trusted him.

When I received my desktop back, I asked him if he could look at my hard drive which also suffered damage. I wanted to see if he could fix it. He texted me that he had the parts needed to fix it.

That message was sent to me in October of 2024. I've heard absolutely nothing about it since. I was so fed up I threatened to send a police report. At this point, I did because I want my hard drive back. It is now January of 2025 and I still have not heard anything. Nor have I gotten my damaged hard drive back.

Mohammad was a REAL help with my Computer. When I needed on the spot fix my problem within a day, on a 4th of July weekend none the less. Especially when it was a simple problem involving my Operating System(OS) to load up correctly. The man was nice enough to give me some screws and compliment on my PC and gave some reassuring advice and suggestion. The charge was $60 for a simple problem that I didn't realized, but hey I rather pay that than $100 to geek squad to just tell me my PC isn't working then pay another $100-$200 more on fixing it as...
