I wish I could give less than one star. I was there 10/28 around 4:30. The drive thru set up is literally right on the corner as soon as you turn in. So I was a bit confused I pulled in the drive thru kept saying hello. No answer so I decided let me just go to the window and see if I can order. The lady came on she has blonde highlights. I guess because of the language barrier she immediately views me as being hostile when I was asking her about the drive thru and made a joke saying how the set up is weird. She just stared at me then shut the window and started taking another persons order who pulled to the drive thru right after me. When she came back I asked her are you ready to take my order now she says yes. Take my order comes back out and asked me can I wait In number 1. I told her no I’m staying right here and waiting for my order because why did you shut the window and start taking the other persons order behind me when I needed help. She started to get very frustrated saying it will take 3-5 mins for my order I said that’s fine I’ll wait here for it. She gets very angry SLAMS THE window and walks away. My food didn’t even take as long as she said to come out. She come back out pushes my food to me with anger I asked her for the manger she informed me and shuts the window back. So I got out of my car to go inside and request to speak with a manager. I see the Latino lady’s that work there stick together which is good but when wrong is wrong it should be addressed. So now I’m inside asking for a Managwe. The girl in the kitchen who was suppose to be making fries stops what she’s doing and automatically pulls out her phone to start recording not even knowing why I’m asking asking for a manger instead of working counting her job she stops to add fuel to the fire to record me and they are all in the kitchen ignoring me like I’m some kind of crazy person just recording. I’ve been calling to get a hold of a manger they refuse to answer the phone. I will extend this issue to the corporate office since it seems like they will not help you and label you automatically maybe because of the area that they work in but everyone that is African that comes to the drive thru is not looking for problems. Read moreEvery time i go to Jack in the box i order the same thing, #25 with bacon and orange juice. The biscuit is always hard and the hash browns are always cold! I'm tired of them not making my order right. And1time i went there thru drive thru and ordered #25, and the lady repeated my order and said go to the window. When i got up there they handed me a kid's meal. I told them what i ordered and they said only 2 people were working and neither one of them took my order. Then they accused me of jumping the line! I was so freaking pissed! So after bickering a few min they finally ordered it and had me park so they could cook it. They finally brought out my food, biscuit hard and hash brown was cold. I was so pissed and i didn't wanna go inside because I'm disabled and couldn't walk in there. So i ate part of my biscuit and threw my hash brown away. Read moreRead moreI went to the drive threw Saturday or Sunday night last .and the guy at the window said he can't hear me so I drove to the window and he took my order after he took my order and I paid (. Or should I say over paid ) for it a truck pulled in behind me so I guess we were ordering at the same time , but I was asked to drive around to the lot and wait. 6 or 7 card passed that damn window B4 they brought me my order. 3 double jacks 1 no pickles 1 extra pickle's no let no sauce I could of made 30 or 40 of them in that time my food was cold and when I said something to the girl that brought it out she pretended to not speak any English which is not true cause she waited on me a few days or so prior her English at that time was better then mine.......I'm very disappointed but nothing would be done about it anyway so it's easier to Just not go their anymore.
