The store quality has gone down significantly from bread to the customer service by the younger workers. I've been going here since I was kid so it's upsetting to see the quality of the store go down. Saw this bakery on the way home from the dmv. I saw tres leches on the glass but it did not look like the other tres leches ive had. So i asked and thats what i was handed. It had the cherry filling or was it strawberry, i cant tell the flavor, its red for sure. Then it had just one layer of thick cake/bread, then whipped cream on top, and seems like condensed milk in the bottom. I regret getting 2 of them, since its 3.50 each. PEOR SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y NO VIENE DE LAS EMPLEADAS SI NO DE LA DUEÑA.

Encargué un pastel el fin de semana pasado (tres leches con cafe) y me dieron un pastel de café sin las 3 leches, guarde mas de la mitad del pastel y lo lleve el lunes para enseñarles que me dieron la orden mal, le hablaron a la dueña “Maritza” y que dejara el pastel y ya después me hablaba. El recibo decía 3 leches y café y claramente el pastel no tenía 3 leches. Al día siguiente me habla una empleada que lo siente pero que ellos no hacen ese tipo de pastel y no sabían como lo quería y solo me lo dieron de café PARA empezar mi número de teléfono estaba claramente escrito ahí en el recibo y me pudieron haber hablado para preguntarme pero hicieron lo que les dio la gana y luego me sale conque solo me pueden dar $14 😂 ni la gas que gaste de FAIRFILED a Vallejo para encargarlo, recogerlo o ir a llevarlo. Yo entiendo si no aya llevado pastel, o si no tuviera el recibo pero el recibo decía 3 leches y todavía se ponen a querer hecharle la culpa a uno que YO encargue halgo que no hacen. Le dije a la dueña que se metiera el dinero por donde le cupiera, como se ponen alegar con un cliente cuando están las pruebas más claras que el agua.
