MARISCOS. EL SINALOENSE — Restaurant in California

First time I went with a couple of friends and we loved the food and service. That was summer and we sat outside- yay! Next time, I wanted to show hubby the place, and again we loved it. Food is good and many choices. Then we went again tonight and the portions were huge, especially the meat. I usual eat what’s in front of me, but had to take half my meal home. The young man who served us was quite easy to talk to. Customer service is really tip top. At first he was quiet and down to businesses , but polite and attentive. Not only is the dining room and kitchen incredibly clean and therefore safe, but quality isn't sacrificed for cleanliness. Flat top technique and seasoning is incredible, that cooking surface seasoning can't be replicated. As someone who has managed restaurants and worked in food service, I can happily recommend this establishment for every reason possible.

TL;DR- The owner really cares and puts the most effort possible into making everything amazing. I grew up with real mission street burritos (by the excelsior district). These are the best I've had outside of the home of the real American burrito.
