This review is not for the store's clothing and accessories but for a particular staff member. I shopped there last night and the sales assistant working on the floor was as rude as one can get. Don't you dare ask her for help or a question about a piece of clothing on the racks. She makes it clear she doesn't want to help you and hates being in the store. Why not get a job stocking shelves in a basement or filing in a back office somewhere? Why work out with the public when you are clearly miserable.
