About three years ago it was a great place - everything was fresh, the portions were full ... Over time, it got worse and worse ... At first we had to give up chicken - I don’t know what exactly they do there in the kitchen - but it’s impossible to eat, threw it out twice and stopped buying ... Then I began to take only mashed potatoes and coleslaw salad family portions (it helped save time on cooking at home - I began to cook meat or fish at home myself)... Now this is a problem too - portions are constantly on half-filled boxes (and this is a family portion) they constantly strive to pour gravy on top, although there are separate boxes for this (lazy) ... coleslaw seems to be diluted with a fresh delivery with old leftovers - as the whole family began to have diarrhea after ... Very disappointed !!! If all FSCs are in the same spirit, this business will end... For us personally, Lannet FSC is dead... And I am the costumer who always gives tips... Too bad you can't give minus stars because they don't even deserve one star...

I feel like the chicken is just consistently small. I like the taste of the original but there's no crunch to it and the breading falls off. And the extra crispy has so much breading compared to chicken it's ridiculous. And yesterday they gave me all original when I asked for all extra crispy. And they tell me to go ahead and keep that bucket probably because I opened it already. So I got the original and the extra crispy. I do online ordering so it tells me when my order is ready. How's it going to say my order is ready and then I get there and they tell me they don't have the pieces for the extra crispy 🤦🏻♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ and honestly I'm kind of glad they messed up and gave me extra chicken because I was hungry and they were small. I have a limited time for lunch and the last time i came here i had to wait 15-20 minutes for french fries. I came back for lunch today and the same thing, waiting for french fries. The last they kept my chicken hot and gave me my whole lunch at once. Not this time. I got my chicken and 15-20 minutes i got my french fries. Nothing like cold chicken for lunch. Thanks again KFC.
