Star Nails — Local services in Valley

I have been here twice and the people are very much rude! One day I went and waited almost two hours for an employee for them to tell me they do not do long nails! The lady told me to come back cause she had an appointment! No appointments came in ik i sat and waited another hour! Very unprofessional! Fast forward to today I’m waiting then an older black guy comes in after me ! He stated i want my toes did! This guy & including myself have been waiting an hour ! An older white lady walks in five min later she is in the chair ! I asked him him was she an appointment he stated no! So explain to me why two black people have waited this long and no service he told the man oh I dont do men feet! Excuse me you’re the only one available! I haven’t ever had an issue with Star Nails. I see many people complain about the wait. I have had customers get upset with me because I walk directly to Tammy’s stations or wait a very short time but it’s because I make appointments EVERY time I go. Tammy has explained to the upset customers that I have an appointment and since they are walk ins, that they would have to wait until a technician was available and she has always been polite to them ever when I’ve witnessed customers being nasty to her about it.

Yes they are busy. But if you don’t want to wait, they do schedule appointments.

I use to go to this establishment years ago . I was a reoccurring loyal customer until they rushed through a service to service new people because a local shop had closed . I tried them again today and the attitudes are still the same . I asked the man could he drill the acrylic on my toes some before he polished and he got an attitude .
