I went today with my coworkers. I stepped up to the counter and was asked if it was dine in or carry out. I said dine in, I was asked my name and I told them, then was asked my order, I said #1 with a sweet tea. I was never told an amount, he just started making my tea. I paid by debit and was handed my tea. I went to sit down and realized I wasn't given a marker for the table. I went up and told them I didn't get the marker and I was told it was ok because my name was on the order. I waited and waited, my coworkers received their food and I went up front and was asked what I ordered and it would be a few minutes, then the woman brought my order but didn't place it on the table or hand it to me. She asked to see my receipt, which I had thrown away. She said I think he just charged you for the tea. I told her I said a #1 with tea. She walked back up front, with the food. I checked my bank app and was only charged for the tea. Her attitude about the whole thing was just off, almost like I was trying to get food for free. Why bring the food back to table and then not give it to me? What did she do with that food? Was it given to someone else? Anyway, I would've gladly paid for the order again but with her attitude and the way the whole thing was done it turned me off. I had waited over 20 minutes, told them twice that I had not gotten the food. By then it was too late to wait any longer, I had to get back to work. Like I said I would've gladly paid but I did tell them several times that I didn't get the table marker, I just feel like they were the ones that made the mistake and it was handled wrong. I flet like I was being accused of trying to get free food. I doubt I'll go back...
Read moreI’ve tried the drive thru twice and it takes ages to get through to the end I would get no sauce with my tenders , the tenders very greasy than normal and some even missing batter on them , So I tried order pickup on the app and I ordered the food at 7:40 pm and it said to stand at the order pickup so I waited so long that the app asked me if I was still waiting or recieved food. Finally they gave me my milkshake but not the rest of the order so I waited longer and finally got my salad . Didn’t get a straw and walked out at 8:15pm . By the time I got my food my milkshake was melting . You should not give out a milk shake before the food arrives, learn processes . If the order isn’t complete don’t make a chilled product to sit and melt while the other is being prepared just prepare the chilled product last it doesn’t take long to make a milk shake . These workers have to be told how to the most easiest tasks . No one said my pleasure and everyone seemed to not want to be at work . Tons of workers behind the cash register but more confusing and standing around than working . No one checked on me for the amount of time I was waiting and in my opinion I feel like they were purposely avoiding me . All in all I’m not sure yet if I’ve made my mind up on never coming back although it was nice getting a chick fil a here I work in Auburn so may just continue getting from that location . Update tried them again , I had less fries in my large box than my regular size box . This makes no sense why pay for a larger side to get less quantity . This place is only going down hill and I do not forsee them lasting long term unless they really turn around the culture at...
Read moreThis establishment falls short of the established standards set by other locations. I am profoundly disappointed with the protracted wait time. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that my fries were at room temperature, and my sauce was absent from my bag. My mother’s grilled chicken sandwich caused her severe gastrointestinal distress, resulting in an overnight bout of vomiting. Furthermore, I observed employees standing behind the counter without proper clocking in and exhibiting rude behavior towards other staff members. I visited the establishment on Thursday evening at approximately 7 pm. I did not receive my food until around 7:30 p.m. During my visit, a young female employee was diligently preparing take-out orders. Despite her professionalism, she requested additional cup holders from another young female employee. However, the latter responded by stating that she was not clocked in and was responsible for obtaining the cup holders herself. stating that she was not clocked in and was responsible for obtaining the cup holders herself. Despite this, the employee remained idle behind the counter, engaging in idle conversations and playing games. She even made remarks to other workers, suggesting that they would not be able to engage in conversation if they lacked a Stanley cup. It is evident that some of the employees lack proper training. The management team has failed to address these issues effectively. Without significant changes, this establishment faces a high likelihood of decline and...
