My sister was in accident and takes the injectable octreatide for a fistula. Hospital sent her home with meds but not enough syringes. I ask the older lady at desk if they had 9 of that size needles. She then rudely replied, we don't sell needles unless you have an injectable medication here with a scowl on her face. 1st and last time going there. I see why there was only 1 customer in there. It's not the big box putting local pharmacies out of business, it's the try to be snooty people that work in these pharmacies. I personally hope this one is the next to go out...

Absolute disgrace to see how far this pharmacy has fallen. My grandmother was a customer since 1965 and used them up until last year! Constantly out of stock on medicines, says that things are ready to be picked up only to arrive and be told they’ll start working on it rite away, we would order a 90 day prescription and be given less than half of the prescription and told to come back later. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, OR YOUR MONEY THERE IS A CVS 2 MILES AWAY. ITS VERY SAD WHEN A CHAIN HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN A SMALL BUISNESS!!! THE WAY THEY TREAT THE ELDERLY...

I went looking for Arthritis Compression gloves and found what I was looking for here at Hoods. I had help to make sure I found exactly what I needed and the service was awesome. The pharmacy is always clean and have that hometown feel whenever I walk in. They also have great inspirational material there and cute women clothing.
