I decided to wait 24 hours before writing this review to make sure it was not written in haste, or unfairly. I took 2 computers in to have data moved from an older machine to a brand new out of the box computer. I was told $60.00 and one day. I phoned after the 24 hour period to have Nathaniel tell me that he had found "many errors and issues" with the older model. And that he was currently running scan disk which is a lengthy process. I explained that upon entering the store that the older machine was not showing any issues or messages. Since this was to be a simple process I told him to stop the repair. I did not want him to go any further. When I arrived at the store he told me that he would not release to older model because their is a diagnostic charge to be paid. To make a long story short, I went back to pay the bill because I realized that he had access to all my data. The charge was $60.00 even though the job was stopped and no data had been transferred. I paid the 60, even though I have a photo of a price on their window that shows diagnostic is $20.00. I wanted a monster gaming rig designed for me but due to travel, couldn't build it myself. With Priority Computers, they not only designed a top of the line rig to my near exact expectations, they kept informed of the entire design process by sending pics and updates on the build. They even worked with me to save money on parts and offered to buy my older rig to save money.

As for the end result? I have an incredible build (3080ti) that handles any gaming or editing work thrown at it. All of this was done in little over a week. I simply cannot recommend this business enough. They're not just repairs, they are incredible competent and professional PC builders as well. Actually this is not Erin, it's her Aunt Pam, but I have to give a raving review to Bob and Nathan at Priority Computers & Services for the outstanding service and repair they provided. The work was completed in just one hour at a very reasonable charge. My computer was not booting up, and I had contemplated buying a new one. I am so glad I let them check it out and do the repairs.
