Great Frame Up — Attraction in Valparaiso

I don’t often leave reviews, but the superior experience I received from Great Frame Up today definitely warrants one. I was looking for a custom cut piece of glass for the frame of my college degree. I visited two big box home improvement stores and both said they didn’t offer the service. I called the Great Frame Up and Amy (the proprietor) was so friendly and nice and knowledgeable and confirmed she could help! I drove down the road and walked in and within 3 minutes, I had a repaired framed college degree. Amy was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to visit with while she was cutting the glass. My experience with The Great Frame Up in Valparaiso was more than picture-perfect!  Amy and Graham are total pros and fun to work with.  Graham made great suggestions for framing and matting my 38" x 38" photograph.  He was patient and enthusiastic with me while we tried various color and style combinations.  Ultimately, the finished product blew my expectations out of the water!

I took in a 100+ year old panoramic photograph of my father-in- law's father's military graduation class. The photo is over 4 feet long and 12" tall. I had an image in my mind of the finished project before I arrived. They walked me through the process, showed me different frame and matte options. The end result was absolutely perfect !!!! I am SO happy with my experience here ! Prices may be on the high side but for me it was affordable and well worth the price. I will definitely come here again if I need something else custom framed.
