Customer service is appalling. Today is 7/11/22 and around 3pm today I went into this store and tried to check out with my five items. There were three Hispanic women with heaping piles of clothes, shoes, toys ect. all checking out separately in front of me. The line is growing while they laugh with the cashier and ask about family discounts, while the other cashier is trying obscenely hard not to make eye contact with me as the situation is extremely awkward while I wait for them to talk and laugh while sorting through a mountain of items. Did they offer to check anyone out separately? or address the other customers in line like myself about the wait or possibly checking out at another register? no, instead the two young cashiers exchanged glances and snickered as I waited. I put my five items down and told them thanks anyways but I do not have the time I had a pending appointment. They exchanged glances again and laughed as I walked out. Good job? no. No it was not. First and only time in, won’t be returning. I walked inside and there was nobody there to greet us but there were a couple females in the back chitchatting. When I walked around with my baby and toddler, I got rude looks and just didn’t feel welcome. The prices were a little high for some of the baby items, but they all looked to be in good condition. Very nice selection of gently used items. I believe the prices are fair, a few things may be just a little high for used items, but overall a great place to find all the necessities for your infant/toddler.
