This Pizza Hut is simply AWFUL. I used to order from this one all the time, but have completely quit using them after not one, not two, but THREE TERRIBLE experiences! The first of the three times, the order was incomplete and took over an hour and a half to deliver. No one had the courtesy to tell us the order would be incomplete due to the store running out of ingredients (so they couldn't make two of our three pizzas) and the delivery driver didn't even know what was going on. I had to call the store to only be told, "Sorry. We're out of stuff." No refund, no sincere apology, nothing. Because I had ordered online and paid with my credit card, they simply deducted the cost of the pizzas they couldn't make and sent the one pizza anyway. The second time, I had to call...TWICE...to find my pizza order. It took talking to 2 employees and a manager AND almost two hours to get our order. The third time, and the LAST TIME I will ever order from there, they were again out of ingredients needed to make our pizzas, so they simply didn't make them. They didn't call or tell us anything. Almost an hour later, I called the store and they told me that my order was out for delivery. Forty five minutes later, I called them back and got rolled over to the national call center. After they contacted our local store, they were told they didn't have ingredients necessary to make our order. They offered me free food next time. I told them "No thanks! I don't want to have to worry about if or when my food is coming or how long it will take them to get it there!" THIS IS A VERY POORLY MANAGED LOCATION WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Read moreI was picking up at door dash order for personal pan and wings around noon to 12:30 on March 21st. I got to my car and a man/manger came to my window and wanted me to give him the order he claimed I tilted the box I got it out of the doordash bag handed it to him he unsealed it opened it up and said there was wing sauce all over the pizza I saw no wing sauce on the pizza. Then he closed the box turned it upside down and started shaking it wing sauce got all over my pants and olives were all over the ground and then he took off with it went back inside the store. I called Doordarsh and reported the incident. I should have called the police. This was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed from anyone I was traumatized so hopefully someone from corporate sees this post pulls the security camera footage and watches for themselves how this manager behaves and represents pizza hut. I will never order pizza hut again I have told this story to everyone I know. It was unbelievable the way he turned the box upside down and shook it violently I was scared. Maybe pizza hut should seal up the wings in a container and not just set them beside a pizza in a fry tray in a box. Bad packaging for sure but unessessary behavior from pizza hut manager needs to be addressed. I would like an apology! Read moreHorrible experience two different times at two different locations. One location there refused to remake our pizza when they messed up on it. At the other location we was in our vehicle eating our pizza 11:00 at night a delivery driver got in his car backed up real fast and pulled in front of our vehicle set there staring us down then he got out of his car with his car still parked in front of our vehicle and stared us down the whole way of him going inside then he goes inside with the door open yelling at us. We told him we were just eating our pizza. Then he said something to one of the other employees then he left the store and got back in his car and drove off really fast like he was angry at us for sitting there. We felt very scared the way he handled the situation especially after he parked his car in front of our vehicle and had an angry look on his face and walked with an attitude while staring at us. Anyhow long story short we called the corporate both times and complained they didn't care we asked can they compensate us they refused.and needless to say the owner basically said it was our fault for setting in our vehicle eating our pizza at 11:00 at night.
