I work out at PF because of all the safety precautions they have put in place to keep us safe while working out. This is important to me since I also help care for my Mom who has stage 4 cancer. Today I went in to this location and saw several people not wearing masks when walking all around the gym by people working out. I was curious if I had missed a change in the mask policy their Corporation put into place so I asked an employee. She said it is still the policy. I asked for a manager because this really pisses me off. Itās a simple thing to ask people to do for the safety of everyone. I was shocked at the lack of compassion and empathy the manager had when I explained how upset I was and concerned. It especially upset me because I was truly happy to see she was now the manager of my local location. Her response was the employees would have to spend their entire shift enforcing the policy to make sure everyone follows it. As an 18 years plus manager in retail, who also has the same policy where I work, I understand her frustration. However, her corporation put this in place to keep employees and members safe, so you say it as many times a shift, a day, etc... that you have to in order to do that. I was extremely disappointed, saddened, and highly frustrated today...

Well I had called talk to someone about canceling due to my car not running and I couldn't afford it no more. I went in canceled it signed the paper work. And I explained it to the girl that worked there. I signed it on the 12th of this month and just seen they took out the monthly fee. So I called this morning talked to Kyle and now I'm being told I didn't sign early enough and when I signed up it was on the first paper I signed which they don't give it to you.. So very disappointing in the way they lie and say you can do this and we'll the girl doesn't work here no more.. Nit my fault you train your employees to lie or mislead people just to get their money any which way you can.. Good day and never again kinda rude didn't careless what I said your basically not getting your money back... Especially since I canceled due to not having a ride there after my car issues and all my money went into that... Maybe you should train them better to remember to tell your customers the truth because no one ever told me you have to cancel 7 days before your bill is due. They do it on purpose making sure they get as much money out of yiu aa...

I stopped here because I have a black card and I needed a break and a shower. And then the rain started and then Angelique made a point of coming to me as I was leaving and saying if you hear sirens, you should come inside. Sirens? Yes, tornado sirens. What the heck! we do not have tornado sirens in Las Vegas. A couple of minutes later here comes the sirens. So not only did Angellique insist I come in to safety, but they let my 60 pound Australian Shepherd come in to the ladies locker room until the danger had passed. But they werenāt done yet helping me. then rather than having me continue they insisted that I park my car under the safety of the strip mall overhang. This was in order to keep hail damage off my car. So Ziggy and I pull in and spend a comfy night sleeping in the car. I can absolutely tell you that Angeliqueās name could easily be shortened to Angel for a reason. Thank you so much for your kindness and concern for an old lady...
