Taco Bell — Restaurant in Van Buren

Came for a late night meal after driving all day and got my regular bean and cheese burrito with no red sauce and a beefy 5 layer with no nacho cheese.

Both of my items were messed up, the bean and cheese burrito had like extra red sauce 🤦‍♂️ and the beefy 5 layer burrito had all the sour cream on one side so basically for like 2 bites all I got was sour cream and tortilla and then after those 2 bites it was all nacho cheese 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Ended up not finishing the beefy 5 layer burrito because it was total garbage with the tortilla on the beefy 5 layer seeming like it was old and crusty while the been and cheese burrito tortilla was actually pretty good, much better than the beefy 5 layer tortilla as far as quality went..

I don't know why I always spend my hard working money on this place! The staff is friendly but they ALWAYS ALWAYS Mess up on my order.. I have alot of kids so I spend easy 60 bucks each time! They always miss food in my bag. Yes I can check but when I order boxes they don't put it in a box it's all thrown in a bag. And by the time I even try to look to make sure it's all thee then it's spilling out of the bag or the tacos are so soggy that the wrapper is stuck to the paper. So I say forget it. And of course when I get home food is ALWAYS MISSING!!!! then when I try to call to let them know. The phone just rings and No one answers!! Probably because they know it's a messed up order. Once again they gave me the wrong item... I've given this taco bell so many chances Just over the last few months they have messed my order up far too many times to count, at least twice a week This is the only place nearby I can get food because I'm vegan and also have dairy sensitivity so I have to avoid any chance of dairy Once again today they gave me a beef chalupa when I asked for a black bean chalupa, I totally don't understand how they can mess up this bad so often I try to check my food before I leave because I don't have time to go back as I'm going there on my lunch break...
