My family and I went here for dinner. The location is convenient and we've always had a great experience at this subway location, until this last visit. The folks behind the counter weren't all that friendly and on of the two employees seemed to be rather rude. I had given the first order and stated what type of bread and meat, this fella then asked me what type of meat; only after I had said it 3 times. He then starts on my daughter's sandwich and is rude to her too because she is soft spoken. He then asked if it was to be toasted, without asking if cheese was to be on the sandwich, and tossed it into the toaster. Well, you see where I am going with this so I'll stop right there. The photo that I have attached shows what my wife's sandwich looked like when I got home with it. And all the management had to say about it was she would share me experience with her team and use it as a learning tool. Just a reminder, it was her team who gave me that experience in the first place.
Update: Management and staff are different, Staff is much nicer and more professional, store appeared to be cleaner and the sandwiches were near perfect. Bravo Subway for making a change to the Hwy 64 location. We'll definitely be...

Read moreit was supposed to be a delivery but it wasn't. we had an app order and we had a coupon with the order. first of all, I have an issue with the app. The person who was supposed to delivery my food didn't communicate with me at all that the order had been officially cancelled and we called the store about it, they had cancelled it because, "They didn't have any meatballs." we got that small issue about the meatball no big deal but the big deal is that they didn't let us know that it wouldn't be delivered. 15 minutes go by, no one shows up. We tried to call for another 45 minutes and the phone was sent straight to the busy signals and then FINALLY, we got an answer.
