Subway — Restaurant in Van Buren

My family and I went here for dinner. The location is convenient and we've always had a great experience at this subway location, until this last visit. The folks behind the counter weren't all that friendly and on of the two employees seemed to be rather rude. I had given the first order and stated what type of bread and meat, this fella then asked me what type of meat; only after I had said it 3 times. He then starts on my daughter's sandwich and is rude to her too because she is soft spoken. He then asked if it was to be toasted, without asking if cheese was to be on the sandwich, and tossed it into the toaster. Well, you see where I am going with this so I'll stop right there. The photo that I have attached shows what my wife's sandwich looked like when I got home with it. And all the management had to say about it was she would share me experience with her team and use it as a learning tool. Just a reminder, it was her team who gave me that experience in the first place.

Update: Management and staff are different, Staff is much nicer and more professional, store appeared to be cleaner and the sandwiches were near perfect. Bravo Subway for making a change to the Hwy 64 location. We'll definitely be...

I ordered online I get a phone call saying they don't have some of the stuff I ordered like meatballs the right bread ok can I get a flat bread no don't have that either all we have is 7 loaves of white ok do white call back not 5mins later and told I have to put your sandwich on wheat that's no ok go into the store and tell them to please just give me a refund ok your money will be back on in 24 hours I tell no I need it now so I can still go get food she says she can't do that so i ask how am i going to feed my kids tonight that was what I had for food i get told there is a McDonald's over there I tell her you have my money she says that's not my problem did I get rude with her you dang right I did because she had an attitude as soon as I walked through the door I was very nice on the phone and when I came in about their incompetence I'm glad now I didn't eat there the line was disgusting and when I came in they were busy chatting with their buddy someone needs to better train their employees guess I will keep driving out of my way to get subway because this is the 3rd time I have had an issue...

it was supposed to be a delivery but it wasn't. we had an app order and we had a coupon with the order. first of all, I have an issue with the app. The person who was supposed to delivery my food didn't communicate with me at all that the order had been officially cancelled and we called the store about it, they had cancelled it because, "They didn't have any meatballs." we got that small issue about the meatball no big deal but the big deal is that they didn't let us know that it wouldn't be delivered. 15 minutes go by, no one shows up. We tried to call for another 45 minutes and the phone was sent straight to the busy signals and then FINALLY, we got an answer. We had to go pick it up and then go pay FULL PRICE but we had already paid for it. and the lady asked for a tip. After all that....
