Don was so amazing to work with in designing the perfect engagement ring for my Fiancée (he said yes!). I went to a few jewelers to start with looking for the best jeweler who could bring my very specific vision to life. Let me tell you, Don is the one for all your jewelry needs. Right from my first consultation with him I knew he was the right one to go with, and you can tell this is someone who loves and takes pride in his work. He listened to all my ideas and kept me aware of limitations while still making sure it was perfect to my liking. He started out the process by taking all my inspo photos with aspects I wanted and printed them all out to make up a sort of dream board. It was perfect for giving us both a tangible visual and keeping us on the same page, and also that way he could draw right on top of the pictures too. Then we discussed gemstones and what would best suit my wishes and budget. We decided on a lab grown ruby for the ring. Then it was a couple months out till he made the wax model once I okayed the design. But that was because I was in no rush, and wanted to take time to work out any other small details based on my Fiancé's preference. I made quite a few adjustments and changes throughout the process, even after he made the wax model... but not once did he ever mind or act like it was an inconvenience. He was very considerate and kind and understanding the whole time. We talked about every aspect of the ring from the material, size, finish, engravings... and what's even more perfect is he quoted me about $1000 from the start and even with all the changes the estimate never changed AND was better than any of the quotes I got from any other Jeweler. I truly couldn't be more happy with Don's service and his work which frankly I consider art. If you I could sway anyone to support a small business IT WOULD...

If you are looking for a business truly cares about people and operates from the heart, Don Jewelers is the place. When I first reached out to Don, I had a vision for the ring I wanted and he made calls to find this marquise sapphire stone. What I love most about Don is that he doesn't try to up sell you or is pushy about any decision. When we looked at the stones, he focuses on how the overall ring would look on my finger instead of opting in for a bigger or more expensive stone. He works very quickly to meet our timeline and I love that our consultations were so fun. When I received the ring from my partner, I inaudibly gasped for a good minute because the ring was better than the vision I had for it. Don was really great at talking with me through every decision I had for the ring since I initially wanted the side stones to be bigger, but leaving them smaller and proportional allowed the center stone to shine on its own and this is my favorite part of the ring. Don and his wife always makes my family so welcomed (especially my son who loves to play with the toys there). If you're over the typical commercial chain jewelry stores and don't find anything special there, definitely visit...

Don't go anywhere else! This place, and Don specifically, is amazing! I was looking for a jewlery repair that would: cut my wedding ring off my finger and resize it, replace a diamond in one of my anniversary bands (that had already fallen out once before) and then sodder the three together(2 anniversary bands and 1 wedding ring). When I called and explained what I was looking for he said, "yeah, I can do that"; so when I got there he took a look, gave me the cost to what I wanted and said it would probably take a few weeks. He's an artist, so I kind thought it may take 3+ so I was excited to see the final product when he contacted me after 2 weeks. And OMG I was not prepared for the EXQUISITE job he did!! My rings looked so BEAUTIFUL, just absolutely blew me away!! (there was also a broken or cracked diamond on my main band that I was not aware of and he replaced it and didn't charge me) I was going to replace my rings in a few years, and now I am not sure I want to--they look so amazing I cannot stop admiring them! I do know this: I will never go to anywhere else if I need a piece of jewelry repaired. I am beyond impressed with Don's work and attention to detail!...
