Dice Age Games — Local services in Vancouver

Never going back the short girl thats blonde with short hair (she said she was a manager) was aweful. She was so rude im amazed she works in customer seevice. I preodered some etb’s and have email proof stating price of $50 per. On the day of pick up the price is suddenly $150. I asked to speak to the owner she said hes probably not here. 2 seconds later he comes around the corner. Roy (the owner) and the girl were very upset about the email stating the original price and eventually gave me the price they originally told me. But the girl was just glareing at me and shoved my etb’s twords me. Dont waste ur time here super rude and there just scalpers with a store.

Edit I called 4 times because you guys had no updates and told me to call back at certain dates and i did and I had no idea if you would be even fullfilling the orders or not the servise there was terrible in every way. Im impressed you are so rude publicly to people its pretty crazy business practice. Have fun scalping oh yea i could of gone to walmart or target and gotten them for msrp too so yea ur scalping i did not get a deal i got the prise u the owner sent me

We love Dice Age. Looks small from the outside but so much room for activities on the inside. They have had everything I have ever needed for minis/games. Staff is helpful. I've seen a few reviews about people not being greeted but that's not been the case for me. I will say I really appreciate staff not being like..intrusive. some shops you can't browse and look without people constantly asking if you need help. I'm newer to these hobbies but I like to browse and figure out what I want/need and can't focus if someone keeps talking to me. If I want suggestions or have questions, people working there have been so willing to suggest items, brands, etc and explain why. Awesome selection of everything and I appreciate the handmade stuff like dicebags when they're there. I go here pretty much anytime I need gifts for people, there is always something cool. And another very very important thing. As a woman that has been to several game shops and had less than stellar experiences, I very much appreciate that people there don't talk down to me when I don't know everything about the hobby/hobbies I'm...

I always been meaning to check this place out, I've lived the neighborhood my whole life. I finally checked out the shop and even left with a couple things and enrolled in their rewards program. It's a great shop and people can even play game there as well. Prices are a bit high here and there, Amazon tends to be cheaper on a lot of the board games, I'm not sure but I think this store may sell above MRSP on some games. Some games are equal to, less then or barely over Amazon. I don't mind paying a little extra but some games are like $10-$20 more than Amazon. The board game selection is also not too great and doesn't seem to replenish much. The clearance section is great.
