TLDR Skip the giant warehouses and pushy salesmen and buy your furniture here at Full House! Same (or better) prices and the dude (Dale) is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to chat with so you can get you what you’re looking for. We went to several furniture stores over multiple weeks, looking for a couch. When we walked into Full House furniture, Dale greeted us, asked us what we were looking for, and kept his distance while we browsed. When he saw us checking out a couple particular couches, he made comments about them and their features (again at a distance so we never felt like he was breathing down our neck). When we reciprocated back about what may or may not work for us, he tailored the conversation to help us narrow down our choices. I’ll be honest, he went into DEPTH about the materials and differences that was over my head, yet helped me think about the features I need (like if our dogs scratched the couch, how certain materials are better than others at holding up in the long run).

At other furniture warehouses and stores, the salesperson pointed to where the couches were and left us be. I thought this was what I wanted so I wouldn’t feel “pressured” by anyone into making a decision that wasn’t right for us. Instead Dale’s approach made me feel comfortable AND help me realize that a good “salesperson” is one that understands my needs and tailors their conversation to meet those needs.

Of the 7-10 furniture stores we went to, Full House (and Dale) was the only one that actually took the time to find out what we wanted and why. It was because of this that I came back to Full House to ask a couple follow up questions based on our conversations and too boot, he remembered us when we walked in! Ultimately, Dale earned our business and we found the couch (actually a sectional) that was perfect for us! (Btw-there is way more online than in the store too, so check it ALL out and don’t hesitate to ask Dale about what you find).

My spouse and I were warmly greeted from the moment we walked through the door at Full House Furniture, and that warm welcome remained strong the entire time that we were in the store. Since we were looking for a new couch set, Dale taught us so much about couches that we never knew before, including different types of arms, different types of cushion, etc. He never tried to push a sale; rather, he empowered us to make the best decisions for ourselves, helping us to consider all aspects that we may not have otherwise thought of, to eliminate the possibility of any disappointment later on. This approach of teaching us about our options was refreshingly different than our experience at other furniture stores (which only told us what they did or did not have available). When appropriate, my spouse and I were left to speak on our own so that we could make our big decisions privately, though Dale remained accessible for follow-up questions and the like. We never felt pressured. Despite the fact that Full House Furniture had very appealing sale prices around the holidays, we were still cautious about spending a significant amount of money, and we took our time looking at lots of different options and stores before coming to our final decision to purchase from Full House. Even after several weeks passed, Dale remembered us and the unique type of set we were looking for when we returned to the store. Even the purchase process was impressive--there was a high degree of transparency regarding exactly what to expect for wait time, shipping, etc. AND they promise regular communication throughout your wait time so that you are never left wondering how much longer it will take to receive your custom furniture. This proactive communication is a step above many other furniture sellers, and that added touch makes a huge positive difference by providing extra peace of mind. We spent a FULL 3-Day weekend going to every. single. store. that sold couches in the city (and surrounding areas)…Full House stood out for several reasons:

This was the only FULLY customizable couch store we encountered. We picked the height, depth, filling, fabric patterns, pillow patterns, and picked options I had never even thought about on a couch…this is white glove customization and service!

Prices are very reasonable! Especially when compared to other stores. Most stores for a comparably sized couch were outrageously priced for almost ZERO customization (outside of color) and didn’t even come close to comfort. They all pushed their generic fancy-stitched “luxury” lazy boy and hideaway bed setups which we really didn’t give a rip about especially when they weren’t anywhere near as comfortable as the couches at Full House!!!

Some stores the salesmen couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones…other sales people did a whole lot of talking and zero listening as they’d show us the same garbage over and over. Dale treated us almost like we were old friends who just walked in. The least pushy salesman I’ve ever worked with and yet SO helpful and attentive in all the right ways. Which makes sense because I’m sure he knows by now that what he’s holding onto is the best out there. No one comes close.

…and now that we have the couch and have spent some time on it…I have to say…this is truly the most comfortable couch I have ever sat, laid, or slept on. Literally spent 2 full nights on it while our bedroom was being painted last weekend and we are STUNNED at how it Doesn’t feel like we slept on a couch all night!! It feels like sleeping on a bed! 😂

We had visitors from the other side of the country come visit a couple weeks ago and I can’t tell you how many times they commented on the comfort of the couch and where they could buy one.

I’m so stupidly happy with this couch. Worth every single penny and I couldn’t recommend Full House...
