Options360 Women's Clinic — Local services in Vancouver

I came here a few years ago because I had problems with kaiser not taking care of me through my pregnancy. So I was quickly seen here and got an ultrasound for free... which was great and my daughter was even planned, yet they still pushed their religion on me numerous times throughout the appointment and when I asked them to stop they continued to ask me to reconsider and I kept telling them I wasn't there for religion and I was uncomfortable but they kept pushing for me to reconsider. I was fhere because my dr office was jerking me around for pregnancy care. By the end of my appointment I was fairly upset and disgusted. They very obviously use this place to try to recruit people and try to push women not to get an abortion... the name is misleading. My pregnancy was planned but I can only imagine what these other women have been put through that were looking for termination or actual counseling instead of religious garbage. They were mostly polite... besides the person who's job was obviously to push religion on the patient. Yes they absolutely push their agenda even after you ask them to stop. I think all they really offered for actual Healthcare was pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. Offering religion is not any kind of counseling. It's very obviously, purposely misleading and they do not advertise that they are faith based because they want to lure in desperate woman looking for help. It's nice that it exists if all u need is a pregnancy test or ultrasound I guess but they should be straight forward with people instead of luring and false advertising to get people in. The "evidence based" stuff they are talking about in their responses, is them also still talking about their religion as if it's fact. It's one groups opinion and beliefs and there's a huge difference. It's absolutely disrespectful to talk to your customers and patients and disregard their wishes and beliefs to push your agenda. These places should be fined for false advertising or just not allowed to exist if they won't be straight forward. If you have to hide your real intentions, then they are not good intentions. Beleive the bad reviews about this place....

Great staff! Faith based which I LOVED 🙌🏼 Everything was free which was amazing, because life right now is extremely hard and I had no where to go because I simply can not afford it. Extremely sad times in America. But thank God I came across them online and they took care of me. Checked me & baby. They even called me sometime after to check in on me and see if I’m all taking care of, so sweet! They even offered me prenatal care if I needed. God Bless all the staff there and those behind options360. The only tiny complaint I have is when I came in for my appointment, I assumed I was getting my ultrasound done that day, which I was so excited for, But unfortunately all it was, was filling out my paper work and we had to reschedule my ultrasound appointment for the following week, which was hard for me because I had to once again find a babysitter for my little one. So that’s the only thing I wish they mentioned over the phone with me when scheduling our ultrasound appointment. But overall a great experience I will recommend them to anyone who’s having a hard time and don’t have the budget to go get checked for an ultrasound. They are wonderful ♥️ hopefully eventually they can offer more ultrasounds for mamas or even baby gender reveal checks. I was actually sad to find out it’s just one baby check up appointment. 360 options? They didn’t give me a single one. I scheduled an appointment to be seen, then the next day was worried over some symptoms I was having and reached out. It took over 3 hours just for a front desk associate to say that they’d passed it along to be answered. Then I had to reach out again the NEXT day to push for a response. I finally got one and the doctor explained he “missed” it. How is that okay? THEN they said they wouldn’t see me because of the issue I was having and that I needed to go to an ER. I ended up doing that only for the ER to tell me they wouldn’t need to see me and for me to make an appointment at a clinic, such as this one! They absolutely do not care whatsoever, which is reflective of why they have so many open appointments.
