Predatory pricing strategies. I bought two Umpqua ice creams, two crispitos, and two beef and bean burritos. I noticed almost no prices posted in the store (photo attached shows the freezer section I saw). When I checked my credit card later, the total was $30. Breaking it down: • Ice cream: $14–$18 • Crispitos: $6–$8 • Burritos: $6–$9 = $26–$35 range So $30 technically fits, but without prices posted it feels deceptive. Shoppers shouldn’t have to guess or be surprised at the register. This is textbook convenience store markup, and with no visible pricing it comes across as predatory.

No one besides the owner and managers know how to use a marker or anything to label the food they make this has happend not once not twice but multiple times I give them the benefit of the doubt and get screwed everytime MARK AND LABEL THE FOOD YOU MAKE stop guessing what burrito I've asked for beef and bean hundreds of times i am gonna get so tired I'll just stick with the shell down the street I know I shouldn't be thag upset but when it continues and I just throw it away yea I get mad clearly shows bean and cheese when I ordered BEEF AND BEAN

It starts at the top, their owners are great. They took it over, and they've really turned that place around super clean. Great Deli always fresh, and the ladies and gentlemen behind the counter are amazing, very friendly. Definitely, stop in. And you, they'll take care of you.Of everything you hurt desires.

The current staff at the establishment is quite remarkable. They offer a diverse range of products that are not typically found in most convenience stores. Notably, their geek bars are priced very competitively, being the cheapest in town at 21.69 after tax. While some items may be slightly more expensive compared to regular grocery stores, this is to be expected in a convenience store setting. Recently, they have made significant improvements by upgrading their parking lot, which is a welcome change. It is hoped that customers will park respectfully and refrain from speeding through the lot, especially considering the presence of children returning to school and the number of locals who frequent the area on foot. Furthermore, their beer selection is exceptionally comprehensive, encompassing a wide variety of beers, spirits, malts, wines, and more. It is evident that they strive to cater to a diverse range of...

Been there twice since they've been open. Was glad to see a new convenience store open in the neighborhood. I expect the outrageous prices but was hoping for the friendly neighborhood feel. NOPE! Just needed a half gallon of milk. $4.00. Ok. But went to pay, woman was doing inventory or something writing on a clipboard while I stood there in front of her waiting to pay. Very poor customer service. I was the only other person in the place, in fact, on the property but obviously was not important enough to attend to before she got her inventory written down. Oscars shut down and this place opened up. At the rate they're going, they're going to be closed very soon. Zero customer service, zero neighborhood feel, made me feel like I should have went to Hi School Pharmacy, the Chevron station across the street or just about anyplace other than here. Not going back. Good luck St. johns Market, you're...

We just moved here and our car broke down. It’s my daughters bday so we walked here to get the chicken tender meals for dinner. We get there and all that is left is 13 tenders. And the lady working which is very rude says that’s all we have kitchen is closed. It was 3pm. They even advertised if you want a family meal to call so they can make it. But how if your kitchen is closed. I just got the 12 tenders which she then rang up wrong because there is no 12 tender button but I’m not paying the price for a tender meal if I’m not getting the rest of the meal. Also the apple juice I was gonna buy was $6.79. Put that back as we are broke from moving. Prices are crazy they didn’t have anything I went to get. And the staff was rude....
