I had been to Leaderchip before, so last year when my laptop hard drive failed I didn't hesitate to take it there. They advised me to replace it with an SSD, which was great, but I said very specifically NOT to upgrade it to Windows 10, that I only wanted the same thing I already had due to the horror stories I had heard about W10. He upgraded it (if you can call it an upgrade) anyway, and I've been miserable ever since. He even argued with me about why I should just live with it. I finally had to take it to another shop to at least get it set up the way I needed it to be, but I've still had nothing but problems with updates that fail and software that I need that won't run/install under W10.

That was my last visit ever to Leaderchip. All he had to do was what I asked him to do, and I'd be a loyal customer forever. ...

Brought my HP Envy in after a different shop in Gainesville had diagnosed a full motherboard replacement. I can't say enough about my overall experience with this company. I had a number of issues with my HP AIO, and was referred here by someone saying "I wouldn't bring my computer anywhere else."
