I am so beyond disappointed in my experience this evening at this location, I arrived at the store around 8:30pm and got into the dressing room at 9:10m, realizing quickly that I only had 20 minutes to try things on. I had six items to try on (and did so in a quickly manner) as the women working the dressing room distastefully urged to me that they were closing at 9:30PM. Upon leaving the dressing room I was greeted by Susanne, one of the dressing room workers demanding that I had to leave and that they were closed. The time was 9:25, after being escorted out I placed 3 items on the return rack and began to walk away, to only hear Susanne behind me say to her co worker “she’s got some nerve” I turned around gobsmacked at the disrespectful manner this woman had towards a paying customer, I then placed the rest of my items on the rack and left. As a younger woman I believe Suzanne felt as though she could treat me in a disrespectful manner. It was disgusting, distasteful and flat out disrespectful. It’s a shame because I was really eager to come back on another date with some more time to shop. Tip: don’t let shoppers in the dressing room if you feel as though they won’t have enough time to try on their items and pay, close your fitting rooms early instead of disrespecting paying customers. Really it’s 5 stars but I’m knocking off a star because there are never shorts in stock. The number of sweaters in the fall and winter that never sell boggles my mind and compared to the ladies shorts inventory, they carry more sweaters. The home goods side is excellent. I always chuckle when newbies to the area where just moving in or on vacation freak out about the line that routinely wraps around out of the traditional line and back around to furniture and rugs. When they have traffic in the store they open 6-10 registers or more and they line moves pretty quickly. If you try to have a friend or hubby hold the spot in line while you finish browsing, they have to pop out of line and back in because that’s how fast the line can move. First time in this location & I had the best experience today at this store! Of course, the store was well stocked and clean, but what REALLY blew my mind was the customer service! Specifically when I was checking out on register 10 around 7:25pm, there was a super sweet lady with a spanish/latin accent that helped me. She made my return a breeze and even gave me some fantastic advice about another product I purchased after! I felt like I was talking to one of my best friends! The brief conversation we had and her going above & beyond made my shopping experience here absolutely fantastic! I feel horrible I did not notice her name tag in that moment, however I hope she continues to get the great recognition...
