The guy in the back was very helpful, however the lady up front was Extremely RUDE I had one question and she literally shooed me away and said she was too busy in another program her words " you are just going to have to talk to him! Seriously just go talk to him im busy in a whole other program" all while waving me away from her . I was the only person in the shop and had only one question. I was going to leave my daughter's bike over night to be worked on simple things but I do like to support small businesses and it would of just been convenient to let someone else do it. I apologized to the gentlemen in the back and took my daughter's bike and my money else where. After I called her out on being rude to me she told me I was originally dealing with him ( because he took my daughter's bike in the back to be looked at ) after talking to him I went to look for other items the guy had walked away and they have signs posted not to go back in the shop area so I thought well she can just answer one question.. guess not she was WAY!!! TO BUSY Ill just do it myself it was my first time ever walking in that shop and I will not...

After driving 17 hours from Colorado, one of the nipple on my spoke fell into my carbon rear wheel. After getting frustrated for 45 minutes trying to take the nipple out of the wheel, I decided to go see the experts. The owners were real friendly and got the nipple out in 10 minutes, and tighten the spoke back up. They told me it was free of charge but I insist on giving something for her dedication. The owners personality is super special, nice to see a wonderful shop such as this one. Next time I'm in town and needs some bicycle repair or advise, this is the place will go...

Went in this past week to get a pair of shorts, mask on went to rear door told the lady what I was looking for went to front of shop to look at some shorts. Asked the gentleman behind the counter, who had his head buried in the register, if this was all the men’s shorts. Replied yep without even looking up, offered no more assistance. Left the store and won’t be returning. Go to excel bike in Norwalk much better service and owners son is active duty Marine, always happy to patron a military or veteran...
