Terrible customer service I called for an appointment and asked for their NEXT available appointment and all they just kept saying is that the were to busy. I had told them i was willing to wait until the next free day they had, SEVERAL TIMES. They seemed as if they just didn't want to take on anymore clients with how many times they kept saying they were BUSY. On top of that the 1st time I called the gentleman told me it was a $100 deposit for new clients and the next time I called the lady said it was a $70 deposit. So apparently ur deposit price depends on who you speak its not a set price! I've heard of deposits before but $100,Absolutely insane! If you are overwhelmed with appointments or supposedly going on vacation then post that on ur social media don't just say ur to busy because your advertising differently.
When i called the 2nd time she didn't even allow me to finish explaining what I was looking for because as soon as a asked WHAT THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT WAS she automatically said no we are busy about 5 time and mentioned you guys going on vacation. I had said that was fine I would still like to know the next availability which she still avoided telling me. When I called and explained what i wanted and asked when the next opening for the services i was asking for would be ESPECIALLY if i said i was willing to wait SEVERAL TIMES, all they had to do was MAKE ME AWARE OF THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT and then go into how much the deposit would be. Refusing to give me a date because YOUR TOO BUSY AND GOING ON VACATION was unnecessary and unprofessional because how busy you are isnt my concern. I had just wanted a date to book. I probably would have considered the deposit but after i basically had to beg both of them to even consider taking the appointment to begin with, even after telling them I was ok with waiting is very unprofessional. The techs were quick when it came to telling me the deposit price but still wouldnt say the next available time, and I was supposed to be ok with that, absolutely not. They both seemed annoyed that I didn't want to accept them saying it was too busy. I even had to ask if you were booked for the year due to how many times they said no they can't. I don't know if you're aware but customer service starts from the time you answer the phone and/or the time anyone walks through your salon doors and it doesn't matter if your a current client or a potential new client so yes I do know and can say because I personally experienced it. I have Never had this issue with a salon when asking availability to book an appointment. If business is overwhelming pause on booking and stop advertising it on social media to...
Read moreI made an appointment over the phone for dip nails many days in advance and came in a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment. As soon as I came in and said I had an appointment everyone looked confused. Ok.
They sat me down with an older lady and they clarified that I wanted a dip manicure. It’s what I always get, and what I currently had. My usual nail tech was out of work for a while which was the only reason I came here. The lady insisted I get acrylic instead and I said no. I made an appointment for a dip manicure and that’s what I wanted. They completely ignored me and she grabbed the container of acrylic and proceeded to give me acrylic nails without my consent because she didn’t know how to do dip. I was honestly in shock. Not only that but she over-filed my nails and it left me in pain for months even after I went back to my usual tech. She was also being too rough with me and cut my cuticles with the file. My nails were sensitive to temperature and getting my nails done long after I came here even though my beloved tech is super gentle. This lady acted super annoyed at me for no reason and seemed to loathe the fact she was doing my nails.
They charged me full price for this service even though it’s not what I wanted or asked for and I even said no. They just decided to do whatever they wanted. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I’m surprised it has such high reviews. Rude and unprofessional staff.
Edit: The salon response is literally laughable. I’ve been getting my nails done with dip for years and my tech is a licensed esthetician. I did not have acrylic with gel on top. I had dip with gel on top. She did my nails with acrylic because I was specifically told by the guy that the younger girl who does the dip manicures was not available. And this tech clearly knew I was in pain as I kept pulling my hand away and saying ouch, and she kept being rough with me. Obviously you guys have no idea when I came in because I didn’t specify and you seem confused. If you don’t care just say so. But don’t try to act like you guys weren’t in the wrong. The service here sucks. This is how they treat...
Read moreBen, My, and Mari have created a wonderful atmosphere at their nail salon. I have had the pleasure of experiencing services from each of them, and they are all exceptional! They maintain a high level of professionalism and take the time to get to know their clients, which allows for engaging conversations during each visit. I typically go every three weeks for a dip powder manicure. While I usually opt for a simple look, I am consistently impressed by the creative nail designs they showcase on Facebook and Instagram.
I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone in the area; just be mindful that they operate by appointment only. This policy ensures that you can walk in and be seated in a stylist's chair almost...
