Only giving 2 stars because of the nice curly haired gentleman that 'tried' to help me when I walked in. Went in wanting to sell a ring.. the younger gentleman said he was going to bring it to the back to have someone take a look at it. There was a woman there, not sure if she was the owner or what, speaking with other customers but almost ran to the young man before he could make his way to the back. She didn't even look at the ring for 10 seconds before coming back to me and telling me she wasn't even going to bother weighing the ring or have anyone else in the shop look at it. All the while she's saying this in front of the 5 other customers in the store. The younger gentleman even had a shocked expression and literally said, "you're not even going to tell them a price or anything?" She then said "I'm not even going to bother... I don't want to insult you." Just so extremely rude, I turned around and walked out. And don't think this was some plastic, cheap ring, it was my wedding band. I will never be...

Ray the owner who will take the time to educate you on gold, diamonds, sapphire or anything else you want and more importantly need to know about certain characteristics of stones and precious metals. I always dreamed of designing my future wife's ring and Ray sat with me at great lengths. Through many, texts and emails and office visits trying to bring the vision that I had in my mind to reality. Ray was determined to bring my dream to fruition and he did just that and ended up with a unique and one of a kind engagement ring. Pick up my fiance and earring for Valentine's Day because he had lost his. The store was amazing to work with. First off I only had to buy one earring and not to several other Jewelers would not sell a single earring. In addition I got an absolutely amazing price for what I was looking for. The service was so great that when it was time to sell some rings I no longer need it I went back. I feel I got a very fair price. Since I was in the market to get another ring essentially we did a trade plus I got additional cash back.
