ROSE GRILL — Restaurant in Vernon

The food is quite tasty, but the customer service is absolutely dreadful. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and if I were the owner, I would pay attention before the situation worsens. I've had two separate occasions where employees refused to assist me in resolving an issue. In general, most staff members do the bare minimum to address customer concerns, but in this case, that was still far from acceptable.

I called because they included a side of sauce that wasn’t listed in the app. I was told to "cancel the order and add the sauce," even though I clearly explained that the sauce wasn't available to add. Then, I was told to "call DoorDash." I was confused, as this wasn’t an issue with DoorDash but something the store could address. Too much Food not sanitized and just too crowded!!! Temperature if foods not appropriate!!! Counters really over loaded!!!! Seems as if foods aren't kept safe distance from each other!!! Could cause illness!! Do not see hand wsdhong4 or gloves used!!! Especially going from Cash Register too serving food!! Store way too cluttered#! Smells unclean and store rest rooms dirty!!! Too bad that it's just A Dumpy looking unclean over crowed with products every where & foods aren't presented good or keep hot or cold enough!!! Too MUCH FOOD!!!!...

Vernon Grill is a true hidden gem! I order from them at least once a week - usually a cold turkey grinder, but I have had many items on their menu and have enjoyed everything. The food is great, prices are unbeatable, store is clean, service is fast and the employees are so nice!!
