I actually don't even wanna give a star. ANYWAY! I usually come here for either food but most frequently bubble tea. I usually come here while I am waiting for my oil change to be completed which is physically across the street. So, this particular oil change appointment, I go across the street and order a bubble tea and drink it in the restaurant mind you I have been doing this every time I have an oil change. This time around I ORDERED my bubble tea and patiently waited, while I am waiting I took a seat in the restaurant. The Lady calls me to alert me that my tea was ready..I paid the fee and left a tip as I usually do. I take my tea and said thank you and proceeded to go back to my seat and enjoy my bubble tea, few minutes later the woman comes out and states "Bubble tea is to go". I said when did this happen because I have always sat in the restaurant drinking my bubble tea. I have never seen any signage saying you can't drink your beverage in the restaurant. I stated this to the lady a few times...I was a bit confused and upset. I decided to leave but before I left I told the lady "you just lost a customer" and went across the street to retrieve my car. I am really sad and unhappy with the service I received mind you I have always drank my bubble tea in the restaurant. I don't know what her motive was but "It wasn't a business practice I would recommend for any owner" FYI: UPSET...
Read moreMe and niece went here for the first time last week. The lady at the counter which I assume is either the owner or related to the owners was rude and made me feel like she couldn’t be bothered when I asked her some questions about the ramen soups. I told her it was our first time and would love a suggestion which she didn’t give. We both got the dumpling ramen and a couple of sodas. They bring the food to you after you order at counter. I thanked her after she took our order and she came me a hmmm. We went to sit, the ramen was good and I chalked up her rudeness to a one off. So today we go again, same rudeness, it was ridiculous. She was this way with other customers also. I got the seafood this time and it was absolutely disgusting. Little strips of what I’m sure was frozen octopus, squid, mussels and the tinies shrimp I’ve ever seen. The shrimps were even smaller then the ones in seafood salad. The “fishy” bad taste was gross and I barely ate. My niece shared her dumpling ramen with me. Upon going to counter to pay and ask about a boba tea, the same lady was exceptionally rude to my niece who is a kid and asked about a frappe instead of boba. At this time I said forget and just paid the bill and told her we are never coming back and it’s not worth her attitude. She is like this with everyone I saw her interact with and explains why the place is empty a lot. Don’t get the...
Read moreI used to be a regular here, but after moving a year ago, I hadn’t had the chance to stop by. Since I was back in the area for a couple of nights, I decided to make the trip to get my favorite spicy tuna kimbap and chicken ramen. Unfortunately, the experience left me absolutely appalled.
The woman who took my order was not only rude and dismissive but also seemed completely indifferent to her customers. On top of that, she had an overpowering, unbearable odor that filled the entire restaurant. The stench was so bad that I felt compelled to look behind the counter, and what I saw was shocking—garbage piled up, filth everywhere, and a kitchen that clearly does not meet basic food safety standards.
Despite my concerns, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for my order. Big mistake. My spicy tuna kimbap wasn’t spicy at all, had almost no flavor, and was soggier than a wet dog. As for the chicken ramen, it was mostly broth, with barely any substance or taste—though, in hindsight, I’m grateful for that because what little flavor it had was rancid.
Do not come here. Heed my warning—this place has gone completely downhill, and I am...
